Great location for visiting the numerous sites and attractions of Liverpool / Merseyside whilst being on the outskirts of the city itself. Fabulous building which is immaculately maintained being the old LiverpoolAirport. Staff very pleasant. Only complaint is that you have to pay for Internet service so we found ourselves walking over to Macdonalds on the retail park opposite where it is FREE! If you plan to spend most of your trip in Livedpool City Centre be aware that you would need some transport. Luckily taxis and public transport are readily available.

stayed in a few in the city and this is by far the best. Our taxi driver reinforced this when we told him where we were staying. fantastic hotel!

The room was small but OK. Floorboards squeaked, which was rather annoying. Great location- near station and an easy walk to center of town. Good value.

This city-center aparthotel is located in Liverpool, close to Neptune Theatre, Clayton Square Shopping Centre, and Liverpool ONE. Also nearby are Merseyside Maritime Museum and St. George's Hall.

We loved the location of Base To Stay. A short walk to all of the spots in city center without the noise. The ambiance is cool and low key. "A fantastic experience in Liverpool at Base2Stay"
I can't say enough good things about the Base2Stay. It was within a 10-15 minute walk of all the main tourist destinations. There were 50 restaurants within a couple of blocks of the hotel. The workers were all extremely friendly & helpful. Every time I asked for directions they were spot on. Chris helped make the check in process easy. I wanted to […] book a Beatles cab tour. Regyna had the cab there in 10 minutes. Fred, the night manager took care of any issues I had. And although all of these people and more were great to deal with my favorite employee was Caroline. I had many questions about catching cabs & the train to Manchester Airport in the morning. Caroline not only booked the cab for me the night before, she also advised me how to go about pre-buying my train tickets so I didn't have to try to do it at 6 AM the next day. She also went out of her way to make sure I could print my boarding pass. Every question I had Caroline answered with patience. She also greeted every customer with a great smile and a had a warm and infectious personality. I would recommend anyone stay @ Base2Stay. You will be glad you did. Read more

I would absolutely stay here again. Room was great - comfy, clean, quiet. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Location is superb - short walk to all sights and grocery store at end of street. Wish there had been another base2stay in other cities visited in the UK!

"Great hotel at a great price in a great location"
This is an excellent hotel, especially considering the price. It is located in the Ropewalks district of Liverpool, which is undergoing a rebirth from an old warehouse area into a hip, desirable location, sort of like Soho or Tribeca in New York. The rooms have all you could need, including a "mini-kitchen" and free wi-fi. The only problem I encountered […] was the room temperature was a bit too chilly, even with the heat turned up. "Base2Stay Liverpool"
My wife and I stayed here for one night as part of a week long anniversary trip. It was a little difficult to find as it's on a very narrow street and you can't see the sign until you're almost past it. The street was also recently turned into a one-way, so keep this in mind if using Sat Nav. Also keep in mind the car park is a block away but you can […] temporarily park on the street to bring your luggage in. The immediate neighborhood is not too pleasant, but Albert Dock is only about a 10 minute walk, which contains many restaurants, shops, and pubs. Plus nearly all the city/Beatles tours begin here. The room was great except that a few of the outlets and the refrigerator didn't work. We only stayed one night and didn't spend much time in the room so we didn't do anything about it, but the staff was very courteous and I'm confident they'd have remedied it. Breakfast can be delivered straight to your room from a nearby restaurant; prices were reasonable and it arrived within 10 minutes! This is a wonderful hotel. The room was small but very comfortable and well-designed (includes a mini-kitchen, great for coffee & breakfast in the morning). Wonderful staff and excellent location.

Base2stay is a wonderful hotel, very modern, have a spacious rooms, great comfort and fair price, a spacious bathroom, large bed, a little cute kitchen The hotel is in the centre of the city, just 2 minutes walk to all the attractions and 5 minutes from the main station. Very good place for Beatles funs! Amazing coffee in lobby.
"Clean, Comfort, and Quality Staff"
My family and I stayed for one night in June here. Very clean and well manicured hotel with an exceptional staff who were very friendly. The bathroom was quite large and the rooms very clean. I would definitely stay here again any time I return to Liverpool.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced boutique hotel in Liverpool then look no further than Base2stay. I can't say enough good things about this little gem of a property, the staff was on top every detail, while the bed was comfortable enough to make me late for more than one meeting. Very impressed with Base2Stay, they rightly deserve the high praise that they receive. Informative and helpful (to the point that one receptionist lent me her own umbrella when I realised I'd forgotten mine) staff. The foyer/social area is very pleasant and nespresso coffee on tap is a lovely touch - after dinner my colleagues and I had coffee back […] here rather than at the restaurant! Enjoyed having my own kitchenette - there is a supermarket less than two minutes away so very easy to stock up. Room was large and quiet, wifi worked well. As I'd come to Liverpool for a night out, this hotel was perfectly situated. It's right in the middle of one of the busy bar/club areas in Liverpool city centre. I had booked a twin room, and the only disappointment was that they could only give me and my friend one room key between us. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel is stylish. location exellent were in easy reach of all the tourist attactions resurants shops harbour within 10 mins walk . staff couldnt do enough to help . Loved the small kitchen in the room coffee machine in lounge nice touch would recommend this hotel
"Base2stay Liverpool"
We stayed at Base2stay for 3 nights and could not have been more satisfied. The room was superb, spotlessly clean, had a large tv, lovely bathroom with bath and shower and the kitchenette was an added bonus. The reception staff could not have been more friendly, nothing was too much trouble, fabulous break!!
