Hampton Inn and Suites Riverside/Corona East

Great quality-very comfortable beds& the room was very clean,air conditioned room-convienent. Bathroom/shower were quite nice,also had. The hotel was located right by a main street with many options for food.

The staff were really friendly. I was traveling with a family member who has special needs and everyone was so nice to him. It can be hard to travel with someone who has Autism but they made it seem like there was nothing different about him. The hotel was pretty clean and comfy. The complimentary breakfast was nice, too.

Condition of the hotel is like new. Rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having some guests over for a pool party. Our friends enjoyed the poolside visit and the hotel.

This is a new hotel in wonderful condition. Excellent breakfast with the stay. Comfortable beds. This is definitely 4-star comfort and quality. I would recommend for families (nice pool area), couples or business people.

We were pleasantly surprised. Very nice hotel. If there was a negative to any part of our stay it would be the bathroom sink and cabinet. It was a bit too high for my wife. She was too far away from the mirror.

Everything was just ok.. no fridge, microwave.. nothing besides the beds,t.v, and a coffee maker in the bathroom. I wasn't impressed with anything here. I love staying in hotels and motels.. and this wasn't a treat. Late night staff wasn't very helpful.. My sister and I got food poisoning the night we stayed here( food poisoning was from the drive inn […] not the hampton) We called them at 3:30 am to ask if they could bring a trash bag and some extra towels because my sister threw up on the bathroom floor. We've stayed here before and at other Hampton Inns, but this time we were disappointed. We stayed two nights, after they cleaned our room the first night, they only gave us one wash cloth. We are two people! We need two wash cloths!! Were they trying to save money by only leaving us one wash cloth? That was very annoying. Thankfully I pack extra wash […] cloths of my own. We used the workout facilities. They have a water dispenser. They have little paper water glasses and I went to get some water; NO WATER!! No towels anywhere, despite there being a place to dispose of the towels. I worked up a sweat and it was yet another annoyance. We used the hot tub and it was the tiniest hot tub we've seen in a long time for such a big hotel. When it was just the two of us it was ok. Then about 5 other people joined us and could only put their feet in. It was ridiculous. And the heat was so hot that you couldn't get all the way in anyway. Also, NO TOWELS!!! I had to bring a towel down from the room, which they had only given us two which left us short for bathing purposes. It seems they are trying to save money in places (like towels, water) where they shouldn't be because it is just ANNOYING the customers. Read more

We were just there for one night, visiting friends in town. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the room was very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the faux flowers in the planters in the hall. (That is a super nit picky thing though!!) The value for the price was exceptional.

Came in late and manager was really nice. Needs better maps or the area. ie. directions to UC Riverside/CSU Fullerton. Breakfast was great to have before heading out for college preview days. Only complaint is should vaccum elevators more often. But rooms were clean and fine.

My stay was great. The people at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help you anytime. The only problem we had was with the key cards. I had to go 1 night and 2 days without a key card to my room. I felt like a hostage in my room that night because anytime I wanted to leave, I had to get an employee to let me back in.

Enjoyed our stay! The hairdryer didn't work in my room. I told the front desk. They said that they were going to fix it, but when I tried it the next day it still didn't work. Luckily I didn't neet to use it that day which is the day we checked out.

Great room, nice breakfast, lovely neighborhood. Hotel could be improved a little. There is a lovely fire area next to the pool. The only problem is there is bits of broken glass in the fire pit and it gets out and I found a piece right next to the pool. People also like to sit and smoke there.

Paid with Expedia and asked for Credit Card for incidentals not realizing that the (New Girl) charged the full room rate 2 times and put me in room next to elevator. That Blows. It takes 2 sec to charge your card and 7 days to get the credit back. Don’t let hotels make that mistake. Other than the mitake Hamton is always good.

This was our 4th stay at the Hampton Corona/Riverside. Staff and facility has always been very good. This time, I found a smell in the room (like vinegar) asked for another room on another floor and smell was the same. Hallways didn't smell like the rooms. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay as usual.

I found it very upsetting that I let the desk clerk that I would not be using any in room services, but she demanded that I have a credit card hold, just in case. She was not very accomidating or polite about the fact.

Had a king suite and the people over me were very noisy. They moved me to a king suite on a different floor and I experienced the same problem. The walls and floors in the hotel must be very thin. Other than that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
