"Very cozy and nice!!!!"
I was stopping by for a day to go to a conference and had a half day for Pisa. Very easy to get to from Pisa airport. Flavia is the best host you can have. She is very nice and kind. She gave me directions about the city and the attractions, city life and the local transport. She made it very convenient and relaxing trip for me. Best of all she recommended […] me the best places to eat good food, wine and the famous gelato!!!! I would certainly stay here when I visit again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"4 days stay by 2 pensioners."
Flavia, the owner, could not be more helpful with information and advice, and collected us from, and delivered us to, the airport. Spacious and comfortable room and shower room, and fabulous help yourself breakfast. Conveniently situated within walking distance of everything, and two good moderately priced restaurants nearby.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Everything was perfect!"
Ideally situated a short taxi or shuttle ride from airport for a stop over if travelling on to Tuscany as we did. Flavia even ran us to the airport to pick up car the next morning. Walking distance to great choice of restaurants and lively - but now rowdy - part of Pisa we had not seen before. Flavia is a fantastic hostess and breakfast was great. Will […] definitely visit again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great B&B - recommended"
A lovely B&B in Pisa. Very welcoming host who arranged to be in outside normal opening times as we were arriving mid morning. She also gave us local information about restaurants, booked us a taxi etc. Great breakfast also. The B&B is well off the street so was quite quietGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A very friendly welcome at the Five Roses"
Highly recommended by us - a very friendly welcome awaits you at the Five Roses B&B in Pisa. Close to the Railway Station which suited us fine but a bit longer walk to the main Pisa sights (but still easily reachable).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fin frukost.

Five roses is fantastic! Run by the most welcoming host Flavia.! We have just returned from five roses and it was great. The rooms are spacious,teas/coffees supplied rooms were cleaned, breakfast was beautiful! Flavia couldn't of been more accommodating on arrival and throughout our stay. Very helpful with information being it our first time to Pisa.location is 10 mins slow walk to the train station,10 mins to the main town and 20/ 30 mins to the leaning tower.if we went back we would stay here again in a flash. Of you are going for the first time be sure to get the train for a return journey at €6.80 into Lucca it is beautiful!! Thank you Flavia for a great stay. Dan and Simone. :)

An excellent B&B right in the centre of Pisa but also very quiet. Spacious with great rooms and breakfasts - especially the home made cakes! Run by Flavia who could not have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
"Simply the best!"

This is by far the best place to stay in Pisa. Given the frantic nature of the city, this hotel is quiet, with beautifully furnished rooms, immaculately clean, air-conditioned, good sized with excellent, well-equipped, modern bathrooms. It is centrally located not far from the station and within walking distance of the Arno and those wonderful riverside buildings - where Byron and Shelley lived - and the Piazza dei Miracoli, with the Leaning Tower and Cathedral. Breakfast is an excellent spread served in a lovely, light and airy room. As if all that were not enough, what really makes the place so special is Flavia, the owner. Flavia is lovely, warm, with a wonderful smile and great sense of humour and highly informative about Pisa and its many beautiful buildings. She cares and wants to do her best to make sure you really have a lovely holiday. Flavia and the Five Roses are without any doubt the best!
"A little gem"

We needed somewhere to stop for one night to get our bearings, before moving on. What we got was a. lovely warm, light airy tasteful place to stay. Breakfast complete with homemade eats, delicious. The location is superb, we walked by the river past ancient monuments, to the bustling streets with great shopping, beautful old buildings and piazzas with restaurants. It wasn't just a stop over, this lovely comfortable pretty B and B kick started our great Tuscan holiday. I highly recommend it.

"Pisa ´s surprise"

Very surprising experience close to Pisa centre - just 10' walk. Clean, quiet, modern bathroom which can be easily benchmarked to standard hotels. Very friendly and nice lady owner who offered us her utmost support in giving us best comfort. You might be surprised with the location but give it a chance:)

We were two Norwegian middleaged couples. Two nights stay. The room was excellent. Clean, spacy and tidy. Very good standard. The breakfast was very good, and Flavia, the hostess is outstanding. She even picked us up at Pisa Airport at midnight when we arrived. The location is very good, close to the airport. Just ten mins drive. The best B&B ever!
"If in Pisa, you cannot go wrong with Five Roses"
08/05/14 110James011 London, United Kingdom
The place is super clean and welcoming, with modern bathroom / shower and free WIFI. Breakfast was great, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the very helpful but discreet lady owner, Flavia. One short bus ride away from the Airport (10 mins), and we booked in, left our baggage and started our break. Pisa is a small place anyway, but Five Roses is very central so very easy to get to wherever you want to go. The owner showed us some really good places with directions, to eat proper Italian food, although most places in Pisa appear fine anyway. You expect that from all hotels, but these places were actually good and clearly NOT based on some "personal arrangement". The B&B building is away from the road, so it was nice and quiet. The personal service was just what we needed - she even made us some hampers when we went out one day, saving us going to the supermarket and having to use / wash cutlery etc. Lovely place and excellent service. It is a B&B, but much better then the hotels charging twice as much.
"Very clean & amazing hostess"

Flavia, the hostess, is amazing. She called for us at the airport at around 00:30 in the night, free of charge. On our departure it was raining heavily and offered to take us to the station to reach the train, and again gratis. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast superb.
"Very nice, basic rooms"
07/31/14 Lukasz_Wu Warsaw, Poland
Very nice, clean rooms. Fresh towels and good quality cosmetics too. Another plus is a location - in a walking distance to an airport and the main attractions (around 15 mins walk to the airport, around 20-30mins to Pisa Tower). The biggest advantage though is Flavia :-) Very friendly Woman. She recommended us some nice places to have pasta, coffee an other things. See you next time!
