Great location for visiting the numerous sites and attractions of Liverpool / Merseyside whilst being on the outskirts of the city itself. Fabulous building which is immaculately maintained being the old LiverpoolAirport. Staff very pleasant. Only complaint is that you have to pay for Internet service so we found ourselves walking over to Macdonalds on the retail park opposite where it is FREE! If you plan to spend most of your trip in Livedpool City Centre be aware that you would need some transport. Luckily taxis and public transport are readily available.

stayed in a few in the city and this is by far the best. Our taxi driver reinforced this when we told him where we were staying. fantastic hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Stone Villa in Chester The manager made us feel very welcome and gave us the information we needed to get around Chester. The breakfast provided was a Great way to start the day. It was our first B&B and my wife and I and our teenage girls enjoyed it there.

We loved the location of Base To Stay. A short walk to all of the spots in city center without the noise. The ambiance is cool and low key. The rooms are the perfect size, clean, and everything is functional. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and felt very at home here. The modern decor is offset nicely with the old world charm of the building .

Situated in Liverpool, Heywood House Hotel is close to Liverpool Town Hall, Liverpool ONE, and Merseyside Maritime Museum. Also nearby are Tate Liverpool and Beatles Story.

"Heywood House hotel - great value"
The hotel itself was in a really handy location - easy walking distance to Albert Dock and the town centre. Only about 10 mins walk from Lime St station. Our room was large, clean and had everything we needed - TV, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, plenty of towels, tea and coffee facilities. The shower was great and there were nice little extras […] such as an iPod dock, wifi and a heated mirror in the bathroom so it didn't steam up after showering. Although budget in price the hotel didn't feel budget. It had plenty of character and was well worth paying that little bit more than you'd pay at a Travelodge or Premier Inn type chain. One thing to be aware of... the breakfast is waiter service rather than buffet. This suited us perfectly and the quality was great. However if you're after quantity rather than quality you can pop outside to nearby pubs and cafes and get more for your money. We'll definitely be staying again when we're next up in Liverpool. Excellent little hotel very clean and very good location. The only problem was Double Beds, for the price I think Kingsize beds would have been in order.

A brilliant positioned hotel, close to everything that Liverpool offers all sightseers. The slaughterhouse pub next door and the Liverpool pub round the corner were brilliant.Albert Docks are a must see. Will definately be back to Liverpool and this hotel! Shame no car park though!

Vi hadde et flott helgeopphold. Rommet var veldig fint. Det var nettilgang, men ikke trådløst. I restauranten var de veldig behjelpelige og kunne diske opp med gluten og laktosefri frokost. God beliggenhet, kort gange til Albert Dock og handlegatene.

Heyvood oli siisti ja asiallinen perushotelli. Huoneemme oli melko pieni, mutta siisti ja söpö. Iltaisin huoneisiin kuuluu vähän ääniä kadulta, mutta yleisesti ottaen hotelli oli rauhallinen. Sijainti oli hyvä. Keskusta on kävelymatkan päässä ja satamaan on vain muutama sata metriä.
