This hotel was very well kept and the staff was extremely nice to all the guests. The hotel is located one block north of Westheimer and is away from the traffic. It was very convenient for my business needs. It is also close to several good restaurants and shopping.

I stayed for 2 nights on a Business Trip and as much as thought the hotel was on the Energy Corridor, it is very close. Please be aware there actually is one right on the Katy Freeway if you are more interested in location. However, the staff were freindly, the room was clean and it did the job I wanted it to do. Would definitely stay again.

I traveled from Atlanta. I have stayed here twice. For me, the number one reason was convenience. My business destination was very close to the hotel. The rooms were great, and the breakfast (and the server) was excellent. However, I have my reservations as far as the staff is concerned. On my first visit, despite my informing that I would arrive late, […] the person at the front desk said my booking was automatically cancelled for "no-show". Fortunately, they let me check-in. On my second visit, I slept late, and left my room at noon. I requested the front desk for housekeeping service and trash disposal. When I came back the room was in the same state as I had left it. When I called the front desk, the lady told me the staff were gone for the day, however, she would send (or bring) the toiletry replenishment. That never happened. either!! Room very stuffy and smelled of urine. Morning of check out maid mopping floor that caused extremely hazardous slippery conditions when walking and provided no safe options to exit front door exiting from my room 104. I would not recommend this location. Honesty! Wish outcome were different!!

Room was incredibly comfy, bed, ac, etc. staff was exceptionally professionally professional and welcoming. Athough fresh, updated interior furnishings, my room dod have a distinct musty smell as stated in other comments. Would def stay there again.

The location was good for us since we were there for a funeral and the facility was a quarter mile away. A cheerleading group took over the entire area for breafast one morning , so we can back 40 minutes later assuming they would be gone. The Hotel let this large group use the breakfast area as a staging area to meet and store their things before the […] event they were going to. Taking full command over a common area was very rude, and it was allowed to happen. Coffee machine in the room takes coffee pods, yet the coffee in the roon is loose grounds and there is no filter. This was by far my best experince with a La Quinta stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel and all its facilities were kept clean and looked to be brand new. The only complaint I have is the speed of the wireless connection. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Great clean hotel. The receptionist called us to check if everything was fine, which was a nice touch. The breakfast started to disappear even before 9 am the cut off time. Which I thought reflected poorly on the management. Other than that, great experience.
