"a gem in Cold Lake"
Beautifully appointed, extremely well maintained, exceptional customer service, impeccably clean, and a wonderful hot breakfast with many different options. I would expect this from an upscale hotel in a large city. What a surprise in such a small town. I will always stay here.

"ddid not take care of room"
The hotel itself was in decent condition but was not inexpensive by any means. First I had arrived very late and was very tired and my bed had hair all over it. The hotel clerk got sheets and changed it and by then it was almost 5AM. The next day the maid did not even enter the rooms they did not make the beds for us in either rooms and did not clean or anything. Very disappointed in a hotel that charges a lot and then conducts it so poorly. I will avoid this hotel if at all possible in the future.

"Over night business trip"
The hotel is not that old but beat up and poorly maintained. Entering the room I was greeted by a die fly, lint, hair, crumbs, etc... It was late so I ignored it , proceeded to set my computer on the granite counter top that was so sticky and crusty it was difficult to work until I did some cleaning. I haven't stayed in a Ramada chain before and after this experience I will avoid them.

I should have looked at the fine print a little better. The room was accessible--no bathtub. And I couldn't exchange for another room without getting a refund from Hotels.com first. Enjoyed the breakfast--the hot food choices were good. Clean and comfortable. Is close to fast food and some big box stores.

"Outskirts of town."
This Hotel is on the edge of town and although amenities are walking distance, I found it to be a bit of an inconvenience for the price. Great staff but my first room I was in, had a non flushing toilet and they put me in another. Overall, I would stay again.

"Nice room but strange service."
Hotel was very clean and staff at front desk friendly, very nice breakfast each morning. The only problem we had was the cleaning of our room, we had a do not disturb sign on door until 9AM when we left room for the day but when we got back at 4:30PM room had not been cleaned. I went to desk and had cleaning staff come to room and was informed that they checked our room at 8 AM and saw the Do not disturb sign so they left it dirty and was advised that they do recheck room for the remainder of the day which I found strange, if you are not out of your room by 8 AM no cleaning.

"My ramada stay"
The room was very clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. The only problem i found was that the fridge was quite loud and as a light sleeper it woke me once or twice.

"One night stay in cold lake"
I stayed here to visit my son, as it's close to where he's working. The manager & evening desk clerk were most gracious & kind!! They were the best part of my stay! The room smelled musty, & I felt like I should keep my shoes on the entire time I was in it as it just 'felt' unclean. The closet doors were smashed ... The room on a whole looked worn & rough.

"Our stay at Ramada for wedding"
Everything was clean, service was up and above most Hotels:) the only thing I didn't like is that the drapes let in alot of light and wasn't able to sleep in because of it. It needs a pull blind or something. Besides that it was a beautiful Hotel with amazing service. Thank You Ramada:)

"Good hotel at the entrance to Cold Lake"
I thought that the rooms were a bit pricy, but I guess that is to be expected due to current prices for lodging in the area. I was totally disappointed by the lack of wifi in the even though the hotel states it has it. There are a few hot spots in the corridor, but nothing in the rooms. The rooms did have good internet connection, but that does not help iPad users. The modest complementary breakfast was good. The hot tub and two of their treadmills were broken. the exercise room which had a few free weights and various cardio exercise machines. Overall a good hotel,

"Nice room"
I had a single king room and the floor plan was great and the room was open yet cozy. the staff was very friendly and the hotel is very close to everything you need. Next time im in cold lake i will definitely stay here again

"Too pricey!"
The cost per night is outrageous compared to what you actually receive. No pool, dirty elevators, offers nothing special for the $179/night. The hot breakfast buffet was the best part of it.

"Understaffed"
We were there at a hockey tourney for my youngest son...we asked for extra pillows and we had to go done to front desk for them. We never had enough towels or face clothes each day because of the time of year the small entrance of the room right in front of the bathroom was always wet dirty , messy we use areusedtowels to clean walk area. The morning breakfast was challenging because of it being so compack.

"Decent and Clean"
All good other than the wood construction which means a bit of noise from the hall. Breakfast was nice.

"Nice hotel."
We were there for a Legion Darts Play downs. Only place with 4 rooms available at the time we were booking. Price was a little more than what legions can afford to pay. Rooms are nice and clean. The breakfasts were excellent.

"For a good night sleep don't stay here"
The hotel staff were good and the room was clean but I was very disappointed with the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and you could hear everyone that walked down the hall as well as conversations in other rooms. The hotel was not very busy and it seemed like they put everyone in the hotel on the same floor. The only way I would ever stay here again is if I had no choice and there were no other rooms available in Cold Lake.

"Clean and nice hotel but noisy"
Many irresponsible oilfield workers stay here and it was very noisy, people talking very loud in the hallway which you can hear in your room. Also heard noise/people talking from the room beside you. I heard all night extremely loud music/TV sound from a room on a different floor. Breakfast was very very disappointing.

"Dirty sheets"
Bed linens were not changed between hotel guests, normally this is not noticeable but the sheets were disgustingly dirty and black. This should have been noticed by housekeeping
