Stayed there on 29 th July night. Hotel looks good from outside however very poor service. There was no electricity all night and till the time we checked out in morning. We requested for hot water as water in tap was ice cold, they flatly refused saying that hot water can not be arranged as there is no electricity. No power backup. Hotel Mussooriee gateway is close to mall road just a distance of 500 meter.Rooms and surrounding are good.but there is some foul smell in the bathroom and that smell is coming out from bath room to the room after opening the room is goes away.food is good overall stay is good.

Friendly service and beautiful view at the private balcony. The room was not quite clean but we complained and it was solved. The shower was terrible, it is a fight to get hot water time enough to wash my hair. At the rooms in the end of the corridor there is a better view and avoid the early noise at the reception.
