I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed had a feather mattress pad, which added to the comfort. Breakfast was ok, OJ was watery, eggs greasy, and the pool needs to be heated but other than that, a great place to stay.

Was not happy, we had to call Maria at front desk twice due to party on the 3rd floor, we stayed there to get rest and unfortunately slept from 4:30 till 6:00!! We also did not have heat in our room 320. which I did tell check out and received " I'm sorry" . The breakfast was good. They had a nice selection of hot food and traditional cereal, fruit, etc. The hotel was easy to find and the staff was friendly. I was not happy that in my 3 day stay, I didn't receive maid service at all. I thought I should get clean towels and sheets, trash removal, etc. each day unless otherwise indicated.

My X- mas holiday 3 day visit was awesome. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed, and spacious in the suite with a king size bed. We noticed a light plate was cracked, and they instantly came up and changed the piece and brought us up a gift bag of sweets and an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience card." The hotel itself was very nice and clean. However, the only reason we paid the extra money to stay here and not a different hotel was because of the hottub, and when we got there it was broken and the pool was freezing. The breakfast each morning was delicious. But the maintenance men there (or some other type of worker, whatever they were) were very […] creepy, yelling to my friends and I when we got into our car every day and one night a bunch of the workers were standing around the reception counter drinking alcohol together! Our stay went well. Room maintenance: Room door #308 is sticking at the top and had to be pulled hard to open from the inside. The shower door was not moving easily in/on the tracks.

Our room at the Hampton New Castle was Clean and comfortable. A pretty twenty minute drive from the Outlets. The saff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. We will definately stay here again for our annual girl's weekend!

The exercise equipment was nice, however someone used it without wiping it down so we didn't want to touch it. We were looking forward to being able to swim but the water in the pool was cloudy and not at all appealing. Other than that, everything was fine. I cannot believe this hotel only has 2.5 stars! This is at least a 4.5 star and based on my stay a 5 star. I travel a lot and can tell you that it doesn't get any better than this. Great accommodations and staff, comfortable beds and top notch quality.

Though this is more expensive than a Comfort Inn, this Hampton Inn was near easy shopping, good restaurants, easy access to highway. Slept better in their beds than my own. Very comfy, clean and well kept hotel.

You will find no better hotel in the area and the staff is courteous and the rooms are luxurious with out the big price tag! Breakfast is real and well maintained. Comfort is second to none....really! Dont think about it....just book it! :)
