"TRIP TO BRANSON"
the condo was nice, but the floors were laminate wood with no rugs, so it was kind of loud and there was an adjoining room to the condo next door (it was locked). it was just like having a bedroom door shut on a small 2 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, we could hear "everything" they were doing in there. they did not have my reservations, something […] was amiss between them and Hotels.com. had to wait while they called Hotels.com. this took about 40 minutes. the staff did the best they could (i guess - they left me in the lobby and disappeared for 40 minutes - i assume they were on the phone with hotels.com.??..) the lady at the counter seemed very annoyed - i assume with hotels.com.??.. They will try to entice you to take a tour and purchase a condo - no big deal, just thought everyone should know. the grounds are very nice with creek, ponds, fountains, etc. the Indoor pool was very nice and the kids loved it. We were completely satisfied with the Wyndham Branson at the Falls, and we would stay here again. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a studio deluxe, which included a small kitchenette where we were able to prepare a hot breakfast each morning. We used the fitness room at the Meadows, and it was very […] nice. The location was handy for attending shows and dining around Branson and the surrounding area, on a main thoroughfare. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A Weekend Away"
I was stressed and needed to get out of KC for some R&R. We had a King Size condo. The room was really nice and spacious. We had a secluded little hide away that was just what I needed to relax before the holiday bussle. The jets in the tub were soothing. I was able to cook my favorite breakfast in the room. The kitchen was equipped with everything […] that we needed. Then the strip was only minutes away from the room. The cleanliness was no different than other hotels. It was acceptable. My only negatives were I did not like the fact that there was no headboard in the bedroom & that the check in was several miles from the room.Other than that, I would recommed it. We arrived at the resort on a Friday afternoon, check-in was very nice. We came through our travel plan which is not affiliated with Wyndham. We went online from home and obtained discounts for attractions--albeit we did have to attend a 1.5 hr. ownership session. However, considering the cost of tickets, it was worth it. We have had stays mostly with Choice Hotels and Suites and HHonors. Although we have always had pleasant accommodations and friendly staff at those locations, the Wyndham at Branson Meadows topped any place we have experienced for staff assistance. We were impressed by the friendliness and over-the-top willingness to accommodate our desires from the check-in to the activities center to the concierge desk. On a Tuesday night at 9 p.m. I dropped an earring in the bathroom sink drain. I called maintenance and within minutes, help arrived and retrieved the earring. I then mentioned that I thought the refrigerator was unusually noisy. He immediately pulled it out and used a meter to check the compressor--it was faulty. The next morning a new refrigerator was delivered. The grounds are beautiful, multiple outdoor pools, beautiful fitness center, indoor pool, fountains along walking paths, which I enjoyed most mornings at 6:30 a.m.Free movies and popcorn are a plus. A Tuesday morning $12.50 breakfast featuring local performers was awesome for an entertainment time--but I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. The buffet consisting of O'Brien potatoes, sausage patties, bacon, packaged scrambled eggs and biscuits--all prepared too early and was cold and tasteless--the gravy was hot. Four of us stayed a full week. We did not get the VIP accommodations, however, parking was easy, wifi was o.k., two TV's, within 3 miles of the main route attractions and accommodations were spacious, but furnishings were standard for a one-bedroom unit.

The staff was nice and very helpful when we call for service and the room was like a home away from home. The view from the room will take you breath away. Danny that service the best burger in the world has a nice service. There is such a range of thing to do in Branson it will be fun for the whole family.
"Absolute FAVORITE place to stay in Branson"

NOTE: I am amazed @ some of the inaccuracies of other reviewers, as we have been staying here @ The Meadows for as long as they've been open here, like 20yrs. of timeshare ownership. It's too bad, b/c people believe what's written here. there should be a way for other travelers to dispute statements. We nearly always come in the fall, but have never heard rowdy children, although I suppose there are those having a fun time. We have recently been staying on 1st floor for ease, since we are getting older, although the elevators are fine, and never have waited long for one. We often stay facing inward to the courtyard/pool area b/c it is so beautifully landscaped; we also enjoy the golf course view, depends where you like the sun. A courteous & friendly bellman is prompt when requested to assist with unloading our car and then again when we leave. This time, Buddy (love you!) even prayed over us before departure, for a safe trip home. Where else will you get such a wonderful service?! They also watch for those after 10pm who need parking, and will meet you, sometimes before you even call them, to transport you to your room, and go the extra mile to assist us with our walkers, too. Service just can't get any better and has been this way for years. Units are always clean, pillowtop beds & comfy linens wonderful. they even brought 14 envelopes of coffee and filters for each day of our stay, no extra chg. AND extra laundry detergent & towels. As for hearing footsteps, are there places that DON'T have them? I can never hear voices! or TV. Check-in, due to our special requests, was handled very courteously by supv. Bob and ? (reception lady) ; we were staying 2 wks and hoped to not have to move, being elderly, to be on 1st floor near parking, and a shower with a bench. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The resort activities are very good: great entertainers, tasty buffet food like bbq pulled pork & chicken, wine or beer and homestyle dessert all for $15, we think is amazing! As we get older, some days we'd just rather not venture out of our resort. Branson show ticket discounts are considerable, $5-10 off each ticket! for great seat locations and your most popular show choices. LOVE "IT"!!! Hughes bros & kids are our favorite. If you don't like the sales presentations, don't go! or walk out! Fairfield, now Wyndham has been a very reliable timeshare company who has kept their quality resorts beautifully updated over the many years we've owned ( I hear others have had problems), since we used to go yearly with 6 kids.
"We stayed at the quiet Wyndham Falls"
09/25/14 Torte_Sue Vonore, Tennessee
We checked in at the Wyndham Meadows but stayed at the Falls. The Falls is very quiet. We did not see any pool or other amenities at the Falls, so assume you have to drive the 1/2 mile to the Meadows. We liked the quiet, the unit was clean, and had a nice screened porch. There were a couple of downsides. The tub has had a shower built around it and only one of the two doors to the shower opens. So it is a very high climb in at a narrow awkward angle. Even my very fit husband said it was awkward and dangerous. We have no idea how an elderly person would manage. Also half of the buildings were three story and had no elevators with poured concrete steps that were chipped and you had to be very careful. The other half of the buildings were six story and had elevators. Keep this in mind when booking. Very easy drive to the strip and many restaurants. The check in staff were great and we were not bugged with any sales pitch!
"Not our Favorite Wyndham Resort"
09/23/14 Jammaco Colorado
The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful we've encountered anywhere. They always greet you with a smile and do their best to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The concierge and/or the rec center will get you the best seats at the best price for any of the shows in town - even at the last minute. Just a few negatives: Our third floor 2-bedroom unit (#327) was in a row of condos that faced another row of buildings about 30 feet away. A small stream did little to dull the sound of our neighbors talking on their patios. We could also clearly hear footsteps from our upstairs neighbors. One closet door was completely off track when we arrived and fell over when opened (quickly fixed by maintenance when we called). The sliding door screen is torn and doesn't fit tight enough to be effective. The bathroom floor was so dirty that I left black footprints when I entered the shower. The second bedroom faces the entry walkway and the curtains to that room weren't effective in keeping the light from the walkway out. Blackout shades would be a help here. Walking paths are only within the complex. The street outside the resort is too busy for safe exercising but there are lots of hiking trails in the area for serious walking and two huge lakes for fishing and other recreational activities. Come prepared for charcoal grills, not gas. The resort is located far enough away from town to be quiet, but close enough to easily get to shows and shopping. If you're new to the area, check Branson maps for the yellow, blue and red zones. They help you get around the heavy traffic areas.
"nice relaxing stay"

We are Wyndham owners, so I am coming from that perspective. This is one of our favorite properties because it is so beautiful and has lovely walking trails. We never sit through a sales pitch, which they want to do every time you stay at one of their properties. We are happy with the points we have and have trouble getting them all used from year to year as it is. This resort has tons of fun things going for the kids and families. Staff is really great and I cannot say enough about the concierge staff who work so hard to get you the best show tickets for a reduced rate.
"Property OK, Sales Pitch not a good experience!"
09/14/14 Richard S Oklahoma City
Check in was reasonably timey as they are very busy from 3 to 4. There doesn't seem to be enough parking by the rooms and the lot is somewhat tight. We had a 2 bdrm condo and it was very nice, clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The sales meeting starting with an emphasize that they would not be pushy. Our vacation specialist Jay was really nice, but his manger's did get pushy when we told them we did not want to purchase a time share. The meeting started at 11:30 and I felt like we were somewhat held hostage until almost 3. Once we came out of the sales meeting, we found our vehicle had been broken into while parked right in front of the building. The front desk called the manager who came down and had them call the police. He then disappeared. waited 45 minutes and the police never showed up, there is no security or cameras at the sales facility. I lost a set of custom Taylormade golf clubs and bag that my kids and grandkids had made for me this past fathers day. This pretty much ruined our anniversary vacation, but we still have each other. Seriously doubt there will ever be another time share sales pitch in my future. I do find it bothersome that there are no cameras at a facility that thrives on people visiting from out of town.
"Love tho resort"
This resort can be heavy handed on the sales pitch. However being a member I just decline meetings and keep it moving. The rooms and amenities are amazing and there is so much to do. Favorite resort in Branson.

My family and I stayed over labor day weekend and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a two bedroom. The only complaint we had was the floors were a little dirty and the parking was a little scarce if you came came back after 10pm. But they do have people that shuttle you around the property. And the dishwasher did not work very good. But these complaints wouldn't keep us from staying here again.
"Having a GREAT stay"
08/30/14 chasgrand Kansas City
We are having an awesome time in Branson staying at this property. We arrived very late Thursday night, but received a warm and friendly welcome. My wife hoped we were not on the third floor as she did not want to take luggage upstairs, even though she was only going to make one trip at that point anyway. I checked in and let her know she was fine, we were not on the third floor, we were on the FOURTH!! Elevator works, so all was good. Great view, very clean and a new home away from home this weekend. We had some technical issue and maintenance came over immediately when I called. Extremely friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed the pool area as well. There are two adults and two daughters, teen and pre-teen and they love as well. Highly recommended.
