"TRIP TO BRANSON"
the condo was nice, but the floors were laminate wood with no rugs, so it was kind of loud and there was an adjoining room to the condo next door (it was locked). it was just like having a bedroom door shut on a small 2 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, we could hear "everything" they were doing in there. they did not have my reservations, something […] was amiss between them and Hotels.com. had to wait while they called Hotels.com. this took about 40 minutes. the staff did the best they could (i guess - they left me in the lobby and disappeared for 40 minutes - i assume they were on the phone with hotels.com.??..) the lady at the counter seemed very annoyed - i assume with hotels.com.??.. They will try to entice you to take a tour and purchase a condo - no big deal, just thought everyone should know. the grounds are very nice with creek, ponds, fountains, etc. the Indoor pool was very nice and the kids loved it. We were completely satisfied with the Wyndham Branson at the Falls, and we would stay here again. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. "A Weekend Away"
I was stressed and needed to get out of KC for some R&R. We had a King Size condo. The room was really nice and spacious. We had a secluded little hide away that was just what I needed to relax before the holiday bussle. The jets in the tub were soothing. I was able to cook my favorite breakfast in the room. The kitchen was equipped with everything […] that we needed. Then the strip was only minutes away from the room. The cleanliness was no different than other hotels. It was acceptable. My only negatives were I did not like the fact that there was no headboard in the bedroom & that the check in was several miles from the room.Other than that, I would recommed it. We stay here a lot and this time were in the building above were they have sales offices and has great view to the mountains. And enjoyed sitting outside on patio having coffee and reading paper in the mornings. Will keep going back.
"Alot of pros but a few cons"

First the pros...There are so many ammenities here. Dinner shows at reasonable prices right at the resort. Numerous pools and hot tubs, game room and theater. Free shuttle all over the resort was awesome. The condo was big with comfortable beds. The resort had beautiful landscaping as well. Now for the cons...They have the bare minimum of pots and pans the least we have ever seen at a condo and we have stayed in a lot. No big pot, no electric can opener just the bare minimum. We could hear everything that was going on upstairs, we had a first floor unit. We could hear them get out of bed, walk across the floor and turn on the shower every morning. At times I thought they were running a marathon up stairs because their footsteps were so loud. I have been places where people have complained in reviews of this occurring but I have never expierenced this until now. The one big con was the vinyl flooring. It turned our feet black. We called and complained and they sent a guy down who did a quick scrubbing but our feet would still turn black after a few minutes on the floor. We complained again and they sent Leslie and Derick down. This place does not even have a mop and bucket for their cleaning crew. They brought magic erasers and got on their hands and knees and cleaned the floors. They did come clean and our problem was solved, but that was gross. They did give us a free dinner show at the resort for our trouble and the show was great. But again that floor was gross. i cant say that I would never stay here again but I am not sure either I would go back.

We stayed at The Meadows for 3 nights while in Branson in July. The rooms...or should I say...apartments were amazingly well appointed. They think of everything down to laundry detergent and dish soap/sponges! The furnishings were so comfortable and modern and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I will definitely be staying here every time I am in Branson!

This is one of the best resorts in the nation. We had an upstairs two bedroom that was very nice and roomy. The staff met our every request at a moments notice. We look forward to returning for our next visit.
"I was completely blown away"

We stayed at the Wyndham Branson at the Meadows from July 12 to July 19, 2014. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Presidential Suite. The check in process was easy; the people at the front desk were very helpful in every aspect of the check in process. When we got to our room, to say that it took my breath away would be an understatement. I was completely blown away. We had already made our reservations before we got our activities pamphlet from the activities center. Boy, I wish I had checked that first! There were so many activities at the resort that you would not have to leave unless you wanted to. On Monday night, we paid $15 per person for an all you can eat buffet and a concert with Joseph Pokori, only one of the greatest singers in the world (he was one of the original 12 Irish Tenors and he played the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera on Broadway for 3 years). The staff was very accommodating from the moment we first checked in. We received a phone call within 10 minutes of check in to make sure that we got everything check in ok. Then, whenever we would walk anywhere in the resort, one of the staff would be driving around in extended golf carts and offer us rides anywhere we wanted to go in the resort. If we needed anything, all we had to do was call the front desk and they would deliver it to our room within half an hour. As if that were not enough, on our last night in town, a member of the activities staff called Landry's Seafood to make us a reservation for 7 pm. When we arrived, we were given a certificate for a complimentary appetizer and we had personalized menus ready for our reservation. All I can say is that if all the Wyndham properties are as nice as this one, we will never stay anywhere else! This is a great place to relax.

We just returned from a great stay at The Meadows. The service was excellent. Everyone was great. Their service was excellent. The shuttle people were there every time we needed a lift! Their entertainment was great and you really didn't want to leave the resort because you might miss something. There was a lot to do. The rooms were great! They were very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Can't wait to return.

We received the room requested in advance. Fourth floor overlooking the pond. Service excellent. Amenities over the top. Entertainment at the resort Very good and the price and food was right. Plenty of pools to choose from and an abundance of pool towels. the grounds kept impeccable - pools cleaned every morning before 6am. I know because I was up at 5am and watched. They recycle... Staff working in the activities building -great, friendly and extremely helpful. With all this praise there is one draw back. it is not a smokeless resort. you are not allowed to smoke in the rooms which is great, however, there is designated smoking areas on each floor near the elevators...huh! plus the people occupying the suite next to us smoked on the balcony and the smoke drove us off of ours. We could not be out there at the same time. plus they had children and we did not. It should be A NON-SMOKING resort period. the majority of quest about 75% were families with children. Yes I would go back and hope my next door neighbor does not smoke cigars!

I have stayed at this location twice once with my whole family then again two years later with just my parents, and everything was perfect. The rooms were amazing and there was a ton to do! There were several pool areas and an activities center. The staff were remarkable, very energetic and nice. There was one gentlemen who worked at the activities center that did a wonderful job with the kids there and got us amazing seats to see the liverpool legends, unfortunatly I do not remember his name but great job! They have movies available for rent at the activities center which i utilized a lot. I really cant say enough good things about this location!! cant wait to visit again!
"Poor Vacation Experience"

While there were some nice points to the units, the vacation was a bad experience for several reasons: 1. Small indoor pool - It could barely hold 15 people and you can forget about room to swim. Also, with a shallow edge around the pool, there was very little true 5 foot deep space (for us taller people). 2. No heated outdoor pool - It was cool in this area in early June. Too cool, in fact, to go swimming outdoors for 2 of the 4 nights we were there. If the outdoor pools had been heated, this would have not been a problem. 3. The running of the bulls above us. I don't know if we had 400 lb people above us or if they were just trying to see if we'd call the front desk on them, but I think SOMETHING could be done to reduce the noise level. 4. "You've said 'NO' 10 times before, but we'll bug you again just to see if you'll cave in to our sales team." This is the really frustrating part of any stay with Wyndham and, in fact, dropped what would have been a 4-star rating down to a 2-star rating. I could go on and on about how this has nearly ruined several vacations, but, suffice to say, if I had it to do over again, I probably would NOT have purchased Wyndham points. (I already bought them people! Get off my back!) Positive attributes: Clean room, nice rec facilities (other than the pools), decent internet speed. Bottom line: Unplug your room phone (and ignore other requests for "surveys") and request a top room if you stay here.
"Great stay in Branson"

Our stay here has been wonderful. We brought my parents and needed a handicap assessable room. Wyndham knows how to do this RIGHT! Walk in shower, w/c level counters, grab bars in appropriate place. There is even lifts in the pool making it perfect for those who normally cannot enjoy getting into the pool. These added extras are so important! We also went to one of the "dinner with the stars" that Wyndham hosts on site. This was very enjoyable. We had an all you can eat roasted chicken dinner complete with dessert. Wine or beer is also offered (1 per guest. 21 and older....we are in Branson remember, most are old enough. LOL). The entertainment was Joseph Pokorski and he was GREAT! Would def stay here again!
