My daughter and I had a nice stay and we got a wonderful recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The Hampton Inn always has consistent, prompt service and I always feel welcome.

Good value. Smaller room but very adequate for 2 people. All we could expect for the lower cost of the room.

Find accommodations. I just wish they had two elevators since the layout of the hotel is so long. But that is a small point. The stay was fine. I'd go there again.

"Great family stay."
The only complaint is that the pool was extremely warm, almost hot, which created a hot and humid atmosphere in the whole pool area. It was difficult to stay in there for more than a half hour.
"Homewood a winner"
Friendly service, neat and clean. The dinner buffet was excellent. The only issue I had was the drapes do not close on the windows and the curtain sheers weren't enough to block out the parking lot lights and headlights from the highway. The room stayed bright at night. Other than that, highly recommended.

First time staying. 8 mo old, wife and I stayed 2 nights in a king studio suite. Room was nice, big, and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was great and helpful. Keep up the good work! Would definitely stay again. Our new Rochester home away from home when we visit family.

Very nice staff!!! Super clean and we had a great time. Easy on/off to 390. You can walk to surrounding area.

Wonderful spacious king room!! Close to freeway. Breakfast was great! My son and wife with their 3 children had a similiar room and there was plenty of space. We were in Rochester for a family party and will definitely stay here again.

"Awesome Stay- Highest rating"
This is one of the best stays we have ever had! Very friendly staff, clean and new, comfortable beds, nice amendities, super breakfast, awesome evening snacks (even BBQ brisket), fresh baked cookies. This hotel was also very quiet. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's management.

"Homewood Suites in Rochester -- new but not great!"
Hotel is brand-new (literally -- last year I stayed in the same area and this Homewood Suites was under construction at the time). Beautiful. Entered our room, and we were greeted with a welcome letter on the table -- addressed to another guest. The TV in the bedroom gave an error and wouldn't work. The living room area AC didn't work. The curtains […] can't be closed! Crazy! And we booked a nonsmoking room, and our room was definitely a smoking room. It reeked of smoke. Asked about it at front desk, and was told nonsmoking rooms are subject to availability, and they were booked up so we had a smoking room. Delightful. Was expecting a more problem-free stay at such a new facility. Oh well. Read more

"Homewood suites in Rochester - great value!!"
My family and I spent one night at this suite on January 1st, 2011. We came in on a late fight from Melbourne, Florida and just wanted somewhere to stay for the night. We were pleasantly surprised at how well kept and spacious our room was. We are frequent travellers across north america and we were very impressed with the quality of the service recieved, […] as well as the buffet style breakfast available. Our son was able to connect his playbook tablet using the free wifi service and the beds were very comfortable with two big screen TVs to watch and kitchen facility available - we were very happy with our accomodation and of course the price was right. "Homewood Suites Rochester/Greece"
This was a great hotel to stay at if you are in Rochester, as we were, to see the Childrens Museum and do some shopping. The hotel is just down the street from a massive Mall and Target. The hotel facilities are very modern and the fitness room, while not huge, has a great selection of equipment. Our kids loved the indoor pool and it seemed well maintained. The […] room itself was good and they had a very large Cable TV package to watch on flatscreen tv's - kids could watch smurf reruns on demand. The cleaning staff even made a point of setting up the kids toys on the bed for them. Lastly the included buffet breakfast has lots of choices and nice hot food.
