THIS IS A FAIRLY NEW HOTEL THAT COULD BE GOOD, BUT IT IS NOT. YOU CANNOT MAKE OUTGOING PHONE CALLS. THERE IS A PAY PHONE IN THE LOBBY, BUT THEY DON'T SELL PHONE CARDS FOR IT. THEY GIVE YOU 2 FREE CUPS OF DRINKING WATER THE FIRST DAY, BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY AFTER THAT. DON'T EXPECT THE WATER TO BE HOT FOR A SHOWER OR FOR SHAVING. THE WIFI ONLY WORKS PART […] OF THE TIME. THE STAFF IS NICE AND CORDIAL, BUT THEY ARE WORKING UNDER RESTRICTIONS. THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AND SO IS THE BATHROOM. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A DOUBLE BED, BUT GOT TWO SINGLES INSTEAD. I enjoyed my two-night stay at the Go Inn Manaus. It is very conveniently located in the Centro of Manaus, and it is simple yet comfortable and modern. For starters, some of the popular map sites have the wrong location for the Go Inn Manaus. It is located on Rua Monsenhor Coutinho, between Avenida Eduardo Ribeiro and Avenida Ferreira Pena. That makes […] it one of the closest hotels to the Teatro Amazonas. In fact, my third-floor room had a view of the dome of the Teatro Amazonas. The location can't likely be beat for its convenience to the tourist sites in the Centro, as well as being a few blocks from the port and a few blocks from bus terminal 1, where you can catch buses to all parts of the city. As soon as I checked in, they notified me that this is not a full-service hotel, by which they meant that they do not have room service. But they have everything I would expect from a budget hotel. Off the top of my head, they have an exercise room, dining room, mini-market (though it's much more expensive than the nearby supermarkets), laundry service (contracted out), and valet parking. Besides, the staff are very friendly and do their best to help. When I asked the front desk to tell me where I could find a copy machine, they gave me a map of the Centro and showed me where I would find copy shops. This map turned out to be better than anything I had found online. I highly recommend that you ask the front desk for a copy of this map if you plan to visit the Centro without a guide. I don't know how well the staff speak English, since I did not speak English with them. Most of the guests seemed to be Brazilians. The corridors have motion sensors that turn the lighting on and off. These sensors could use some tweaks, because not all the lights turned on when I would expect, which made the hallways dim and sort of creepy. My room was very small but comfortable, safe, and clean. 1. THEY DON'T ALLOW OUTGOING PHONE CALLS. THEY HAVE A PAY PHONE IN THE LOBBY THAT USES PHONE CARDS, BUT THEY DON'T SELL PHONE CARDS. 2. THE ROOMS ARE MATCHBOX SIZE. 3. Go Inn is the best hotel downtown and the second best hotel in the city. The Park Suites in Punta Negra is their property as well and is the best hotel to stay at if your a tourist. Go Inn was excellent and has the feel of a European hotel.

Everything was perfect - staff, cleanliness, located walking distance to all the sites, including the fish market and bustling harbour front packed with ferries and people with supplies as they returned to their homes along the Amazon, the breakfast, and the charming zocalo.
Very well located in the historic part of the city and within easy walking distance of many well-retsored colonial buildings--especially the famous Teatro Amazonas. Also it provided an excellent breakfast buffet and the evening dinner buffet was also excellent. My only complaints were that it was impossible to get any hot water in the sink or shower--not […] even luke warm and the only English speaking TV channel available was Bloomberg--the U.S. financial network. The hotel is modern and clean and reasonably priced. The rooms while quite small, clean and are very adequate, breakfast is good. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if and when we find ourselves in Manaus

The Go Inn is just around the corner from the theatre (the main attraction in Manaus) and quite a few of the tour agencies. The rooms were clean and modern but slightly small. The breakfast was slightly limited but all in all we felt it offered reasonable value for money.

Wir kamen Morgens um 5:00 Uhr an und konnten problemlos einchecken. Das Hotel entspricht internationalen 3-4 Sterne Standard. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet (bis 10:00 Uhr geöffnet), ist passabel. Zu Fuß kann man problemlos das Zentrum der Stadt, Opernhaus (5Min.), Kirche und Markthallen am Hafen (25-30 Min.), erreichen. Das Go Inn befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Manaus, nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Teatro Amazonas entfernt. Zum Hafen/Zona Franca/kleine Geschäften läuft man ca. 5-10 Minuten. Taxis stehen direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu, während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden oft kleinere Malerarbeiten im Empfangsbereich durchgeführt. Man bessert […] also permanent nach. Das Hotel ist sauber, hat einen netten kleinen Innenhof und im Foyer einen Mini-Shop für Snacks und Getränke. Achtung: Aus den Zimmern kann man nicht nach extern telefonieren. Zudem laufen morgens vom Hotelpersonal geduldete "Touristenführer" auf der Suche nach Kundschaft durch die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels. 整體而言, Manaus的GO_INN HOTEL飯店還算可以, 但缺點也不少 五樓走道漏水,我住了快 2星期都沒修好, 淋浴的水時大時小,還好不會燙傷人,但很不舒服, 也沒每天提供免費的水,只有第一天入住時有兩杯杯水,其他日子都沒有,讓人不愉快, 每天早餐都一樣,但還算可以 還好房間還算乾淨,又剛好在市區,否則實在沒啥吸引力
Dette er et helt moderne hotell, bra beliggende i Manaus. Svakheten er imidlertid at hotellet ikke har kontakt med taxi/ tilbringerservice, de tar heller ikke i mot post , hvilket er et problem for byen har ikke postkasser. Det er også forholdsvis magert restauranttilbud.

O hotel é bom, mas alguns quartos já estão com cheiro de mofo, embora sejam novos. Manaus é uma cidade muito úmida. O ar condicionado de um dos quartos que nos foi dado não funcionava, mas nos mudaram imediatamente.

Hotel Go Inn ist eine sehr gute Wahl fuer einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Manaus. Laenger sollte man in dieser Stadt ohnehin nicht zu tun haben. Das Hotel ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benoetigt. Die Einrichtung ist modern, zweckmaessig,aber alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Betten bequem, Aircon,auch Foehn und Zimmersafe. Reichhaltes […] Fruehstuecksbuffet. Whd der Woche auch Abendbuffet, was ich sah, aber nicht probierte. Wifi mit eigenem Geraet kostenlos,funktioniert aber nicht immer.Probleme liegen wohl eher am Betreiber als am Hotel. In 5Minuten ist man bei der beruehmten Oper.Das wars aber auch schon. Restaurants liessen wir uns empfehlen - irgendwelche Sprachkenntnisse sind in Brasilien ueberall erforderlich (habe erfolgreich portaniolo gesprochen: Mix aus italienisch,spanisch,portugiesisch - und bin ueberall hingekommen und nicht verhungert). Manaus ist sehr verkommen und nicht ungefaehrlich.Taxis stehen direkt vor dem Hotel. Taxis sind nirgends billig in Brasilien, so um die 7-10Euro sind schnell weg. Die Hafengegend, in der wir 2 Naiven essen gehen wollten (Fisch oder so, dachten wir), ist Markthalle und Verkaufsstaende, aber keine Restaurants. Eher Prostitution usw. Achtung: Manaus ist Drogenumschlagplatz von Columbien - dementsprechendes "Publikum". Es soll ausserhalb eine tolle Shoppingmall geben, ganz modern. Situé a 2 pas du celebre et magnifique theatre. Cet ôtel est moderne, calme, son personnel souriant sympathique et bilingue portugais-anglais. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés, Seul note négative, les prix de sa mini boutique sont abusifs mais il est très facile de s'en passer.

"Estacionamento e goteiras"
A tarifa de estacionamento igual pra hóspedes e não hóspedes é injusta. Deixar o veículo por 24 h, custa R$ 28,00 ! ! ! Muito caro ! Havia nos corredores do 5º andar que fiquei, algumas goteiras aparadas com baldes.

"Ótimo custo benefício"
O hotel é novo, bem decorado, oferece um café da manhã bom, não há como comparar com os outros hotéis na cidade com o mesmo preço. Apenas o check-in um pouco demorado.
