We stayed in a king bed room with kitchenette. It was spacious and clean, exactly as advertised. The staff was courteous and helpful--check-in was a breeze. The extra counter space was really nice to have as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Go Cats!

Staff was friendly upon arrival (Hey- with 10+ years in the service industry, I know how hard it can be at moments to smile and friendly!) and check-out. Room was clean, and as requested (Non-Smoking, in Non-Smoking Hallway). Rate was the clincher. (Good rate - tired of over paying for a simple, clean room to sleep in whilst travelling for seminars). Didn't notice any gym, but that was OK for the rate. (Besides, it'd been a while since a did a "hotel room workout."

This was a clean and nice hotel with spacious rooms. I enjoyed it. The only fault I had with the room is something they can't change - the location of... the heating/cooling unit in the room. In our room it was very close to the bedroom. This was kind of noisy when it turned on (all night long). Also, the air conditioning was too good. The vent couldn't be closed, so it blew on us at night. The problem with that is that the air was the coldest air I've ever felt and despite turning the thermostat up to 78 degrees when the A/C turned on, we would nearly freeze. With that said, I would still stay there again. The air conditioning was a minor inconvenience. The hotel staff was super friendly. The hotel is in good shape. I rarely stay in a suite, but decided it would be nice for this 2-day stay with my partner. The room was large, comfortable and very beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel amenities were great, including the gym and the breakfast. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. The desk staff was excellent - very accommodating.

Close to Lexington airport and groceries. Great for families. Did not have time to use pool, but we could have. Stayed before and after five-day trip to Orlando. Coincidentally, stayed in same room (#238) -- a one bdrm. Only drawback: the room was at the end of the hallway, adjacent to stairwell. For some reason, the bedroom and bathroom was significantly […] colder that the living room area. (Lack of proper insulation?) Thankfully we brought fleece blankets. I loved the room. It was convient, clean and roomy. The kitchen was wonderful. The first negative was sound. I could actually hear the person upstairs get out of bed walk to the bathroom and urinate. Close to all the area attractions and Keenland Race Track. Great sunny patio and fire pit. Our room was comfortable and the location is quiet. Best breakfast we have had yet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay there again for a longer perid of time.

This was a new hotel. It is very very nice. We stayed in a studio and they have lots of room. The FREE breakfast buffet was very good and the employees were some of the nicest people I have met.

Beaumont Centre is a highly convenient location if your reason for being in Lexington involves Keeneland, which mine did. I found the helpfulness and friendliness of management and staff at Residence Inn to be quite outstanding. Mine was a well-appointed serviced suite. It was exceptional value as breakfast, newspapers, Wi-fi, dinner snack and shuttle-bus […] on demand are included in the rate (in my case, under $100 per day) if you have a need for them. Can't ask for more. The only negative was an odour in the toilet/ bathroom plumbing, I don't know if this was specific to my suite or general, but the place would be better without it ! If I visit Lexington again, I will stay at Residence Inn., and so should you. Read more
