Didn't know what to expect when booking a room online, so when I opened the the door to my lower priced room I was very pleased. I would stay there again.

The hotel was centerally located, Very clean. Staff is Wonderful, Good nights sleep..Service with a smile, food was good and there was 24 hr room service. This s my place to stay anything I make a visit to the Swindon area...Would highly recommend....

"A great stay"
A lovely location, Comfortable clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice though the breakfast room was very quite, it could have done with some music a TV or a radio on low. My only complaint would be the noise of the back door slamming every time people walked in and out. I would come back again, overall a very pleasant stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beware of non-premium rooms!"
Very mixed views. This is in many ways a lovely hotel with some magnificent rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. However, some areas require major work - and since the owner (Chapman Hotels) must have been aware of this for years, I doubt it is going to be done. We booked into a standard-rate room, which although small and rather pokey, was reasonable […] for the price. We soon became aware of a constant sound of running water in CH pipes. After some exploring, I realized that this affected several adjacent rooms. We were eventually moved into another truly magnificent - and silent - room.
