Great place but a bit off the center of the city - but closer to Industrial area of Origgio. Malpensa is about 45 KM away with a very good Malpensa-Milan Express train service available to Seranno and Linnate about 60 KM away. Milan Station is about 45 minutes away by taxi on a good day. Train service from Serrano to Milan (close to hotel) is infrequent. Service provided is excellent with the staff being cheerful and helpful. Breakfast is good as in most of Europe (unlike England!). Great room size and well maintained.

If you have to pass a night by the airport this place is perfect,you have it all state of the art room with comfortable bad,all kind of small gadget nice amenities and a spa, just know that once in Italy you might have some small surprise early check in fees 30 € and if you want non stop wi fi or to be in a lounge were you have nice wine and fingertips food you add 30 € other than that you can relax and be ready to your next flight

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel last week. This hotel is in a great location and thoughtfully desiged in a modern way. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the location is great, near Corso Como, one of the more fashionable areas in Milan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The NH Fiera is located near Milan new exhibition center and close both to the metro station and the highway. The metro (line 1) connects the fair directly to the city center in about 30 minutes. It takes half an hour by car to get to both Linate and Malpensa airport.

This hotel is modern in design and conveniences. Staff is very helpful and professional. Elevators operated efficiently. Bed was very comfortable. The... tub had a shower. This is less convenient than free standing shower. The location is excellent for attending the fair. The downside is outside restaurants are not within walking distance. The RED line of the subway ends at the East gate of the fair so a walk from the hotel to the subway is about 8 - 10 minutes. Inaugurated in spring 2005, the sleek Rho exhibition centre has given Milan a new makeover. Italian architect Massimiliano Fuksas’ glass and steel structure echoes the forms of hills and mountains, surrounded by greenery and water features. The room and inside the hotel is very good but not all the staff speaks English, it becomes difficult to communicate if the only person who is on the duty is busy with other customer(s). This hotel is far from the Milan main city. There is no proper public transport to the city from this hotel.The nearest metro station is 15 min walk from this hotel. This hotel is located in pretty much the most remote part of Milan and is only suitable for travellers visiting the FieraMilano Exhibition Centre. It is 15-20 mins walk from the nearest Metro station which is Rho Fieramilano and note that a normal one or two day city travelcard is not valid to thos station as i learnt to my cost. On arrival at this […] station i was met by ticket inspectors who charged me an additional 34 euros as i had not purchased the extra 1 euro 25 ticket! The staff were very unhelpful at the hotel and be wary of ordering a taxi as you will have to pay for the taxi to come from central milan plus your journey fee! This hotel is not convenient to any shops, transport, people or nightlife. Read more

Conoscevo questa prestiiosa catena di hotel e ho prenotato sicura di trovarmi bene. L'hotel è fuori Milano non è comodo raggiungere la metro, va bene solo per chi si deve reacare in fiera.Dopo una interminabile coda, siamo stati ricevuti da una signorina estremamente scortese, seccata, sembrava infastidita dalla nostra presenza,ci ha assegnato una stanza […] bella un po piccola, nel classico stile NH, molto moderna, pulitissima, peccato che la finestra avesse la guarnizione consumata ed entrasse un gran freddo. Il conidizionatora era rotto e non si è presentato nuessun manutentore per ripararlo, abbiamo dovuto dormire con le felpe poichè la temperature interna non ha mai raggiunto i 15°. Conclusione, Hotel bello pulito ma poco funzionale,colazione stupenda ma personale scortese e inefficiente.Siamo tornati a casa con 38 di febbre! Un grazie particolare a tutti. Read more

Muss leider mitteilen, dass die Sterne des Hotels nicht für den Service beim Empfang, sowie bei der Beurteilung des Zimmers gerechtfertigt sind.Das Zimmer war kalt, vom Heizungsgebläse kam nur Kaltluft usw. Ich war nach meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel krank.Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant entspricht nicht dem Preisleistungsverhältnisses eines 5 Sterne […] Hotels.Dies konnte nicht einmal der sehr zuvorkommende Kellner ausgleichen. The hotel is directly at Milan RHO exhibition, which is very practical if the exhibition is the most important. It is quite far from Milan centre, and you must count on 50-60 euro in taxi. The hotel restaurant was not so good, concedering the price-level. Ok bar and helpful staff.

In camera non c'era una coperta di riserva. I comodini non avevano i cassetti. Nel televisore mancava il televideo. Non sono riuscito a spegnere il condizionatore.L'armadio era insufficiente.Nel bagno il tappo del lavandino non si sbloccava, ho dovuto lasciarlo pieno. The hotel itself is a really good one, nice breakfast, nice beds and clean rooms. However, the location is not the best one if you are staying for just holidays in Milano. But there is not a long walk to the metro, somewhere around 10 minutes.

Considerando che mi hanno dato una suit, la manutenzione della stessa, in particolare del bagno grande, lasciava un pò a desiderare. In compenso la camera era, ovviamente, comoda e spaziosa, molto carina. Riguardo l'hotel, bisogna migliorare gli ascensori, troppo bruschi alla partenza e all'arrivo, ma molto veloci. Ottimo hotel, bell'edificio, anche se la forma a parallelepipedo può non piacere, ma a me è piaciuta. Ottima la stanza. Buona e completa la colazione. Devo però dire che il wifi a pagamento non fa una bella figura. Oltretutto alla reception c'è un bel cartello che dice wifi gratuito, ma poi ben presto la signorina ti dice che gratuito è solo nella hall […] e sparisce per andare a procurare le password, visto che "proprio la voglio", quando in camera è così comodo "con la sua carta di credito acquistare la connessione". Prenotare un taxi per andare all'aereoporto? "Non si preoccupi, ce ne sono sempre davanti all'hotel", ma al momento del bisogno "se vuole le posso chiamare un'auto privata", 80 euro, ma "paghi adesso a me per prenotarla e chiamare l'autista". Insomma il prezzo basso per la camera lo si conguaglia adeguatamente nel corso del soggiorno. Sapendo questo, poi effettivamente non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi, ma si può rimanere totalmente soddisfatti. Read more
