Clean hotel, friendly service. Really enjoyed the welcome packet even though we had been to Fredricksburg before. Room needs some updating, but there was a note in the welcome packet saying renovations were coming. Close to many attractions on the main street. All in all a good place to stay.

It's not a five star luxury hotel but we loved it. There was a little gift bag with my name written on it with maps and candy. Nice personal touch you won't get in other places.

I had a great stay at the facility and will use this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed in the kitchenette. Also, the staff was most helpful in recovering items that were left behind.

The decor is kind of out-dated, but we did notice that they are doing remodeling. That will definitely make the whole experience better once they finish updating everything. Very conveniently located. If you are planning to hang out in your room a lot, I would wait until they finish the remaodel. I've stayed at this hotel before and it's always been good for the price. The room did appear clean but had a very stale smell to it. The beds were absolutely terrible, felt like you were sleeping on concrete. The hotel did have up signs stating renovations were to start soon. The hotel is nicely placed off the main street. The staff was nice checking in and out. The room was clean from the look of it but had a stale smell. The BEDS were horrible, hard as the ground outside. The Hotel had a sign that remodeling was going to happen soon so hopefully all new beds will be purchased.

This hotel was a good location for shopping on Main Street, but when we checked in there was a sign saying it was being renovated. The room we stayed in had not been done. The bathroom tub didn't drain and there was alot of hair in the tub from previous guests. The beds didn't have a fitted sheet over the mattress, just a flat sheet that of course did […] not stay in place overnight. The breakfast was good and the area was clean. We've stayed at this hotel several times with a group and when we've gone alone. The location is excellent; you can walk to all of the shops and places to eat. It's not a resort; it's a basic hotel but the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. There is an outdoor pool. Breakfast is provided and has the basics plus sausage kolaches. The management was very nice. Our rooms were not ready but she offered to let us park in the lot,as there was a festival going on. The only complaint I had was that I booked 5 rooms and all 10 of us traveling had to shower in cold water.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only problem my group (5 rooms) had was cold water in all our rooms when we showered. That needs to be addressed. The location was great we could walk to the downtown activities.

Carpet stained and old...really need to replace. Bug on carpet there when arrived and still there after room cleaned. Micro wave dirty, I had to clean before using. Poor lighting in bedroom of suite. Really need to update. Breakfast/dinning area: Breakfast food stored in closet where cleaning supplies and large garbage can where smaller cans from dinning […] room are emptied...used towel used to clean sink etc. thrown on top of food in closet. Ice scoop used to scoop ice from ice bender hanging with chain on outside wall of building.....scoop dropped to dirty cement by guest. I would not stay there again. Read more

The Sunday House Inn is an old hotel that needs more upkeep, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is also very close to shoping, dining, etc. You can walk everywhere.

Great location, clean, great staff. I stayed in the older part of the Inn and it could have used some upgrading and maintenance. The bed was worn out, the sink faucet was broken as well as the A/C control knob. everything worked, but could have been a little nicer. I will stay here again because of the staff and location.

Essy on the budget and walking distance to Main Street. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet enough. Bathroom needs updating and could be cleaner. Morning breakfast was simple and serviceable. Staff was very friendly. Good for families.
