Hotel was basic but comfy. Loved the free breakfast. The bathroom was very new and clean. Nice shower! The hotel was new with nice size rooms and bathrooms (nice shower!). Our double room was on the back corner, so quite bright - quiet too. Very close to the Christmas market (and shopping area too).Hotel was very well kept and clean. Of note, although our 'rate' didn't include internet, it was only 5 Euro per day which I consider a bargain - nothing worse than hotels charging 'excessive' amounts for internet use............ Within about 4-5 short blocks from the main train station in a mixed residential/business area. Many restaurants and small shops/bars/bakeries all within walking distance. About 10 blocks from the "old towne" area (3/8-1/2 mile). Also located close to a scenic river walk area. The entire staff were very courtesy and helpful and the breakfast buffet […] was well stocked with many selections and generous quantities. Fortunately my room was in the back (residential side) rather in the front (street/business) side so my room was extremely quite. I did not expect a facility so nice for the reasonable price compared to other nearby 4 star hotels. Also felt safe walking around after dark. Very convenient location to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, just a few blocks away. It's also somewhat close to the center of town including Römer and Zeil. Unfortunately the area is a bit sketchy, with a red light district and druggie hangout a block or two away. Staff was serious and to the point, but were able to accommodate most requests. A very nice hotel, at a very convenient location to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The staff was very accommodating, and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was plenty good enough, and with quite a good selection. The room (a priority club room) was large by Euro standards, and very clean. Nothing to complain about here. Very happy with our choice.

Hotel is in a very good location, only a few blocks from Willy-Marx Platz and the Opera House and thus a few blocks from the river. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Nice. 5 minutes walk from the hauptbahnhof (central station) of Frankfurt, which is 10 mins away by metro from the airport. Also 10 minutes from the Romerberg and the Ziel. The area is nice, full with restaurants and pubs and far enough not to be noisy at all. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main train station which was great for our daytrips out of Frankfurt. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. Our room was very clean. It's a new hotel which was nice. For us Americans, it was great that they had an ice machine! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is less than 3 minutes walk from Frankfurt City Hauptbahnhof - just take care to avoid the usual suspect crowd that gathers late nights in front of train stations. Hotel is well maintained and offers a decent morning breakfast. The biggest complaint is the wifi that you have to pay for but then find out that the account usage is limited to one […] device - so we logged in with an iPod and then when we tried to use the business center's machine, we were told we had to buy another account. The front desk staff is curt to the point of rudeness - same lack of curtesy when I was discussing the wifi and when I noticed another customer trying to change a 500 euro note. We only stayed for one night and were wery happy with the hotel. It is located withing walking distance from main train station as well as old town and some of the main attractions of Frankfurt. Highly recommended if you have just one or two days for quick tour of the city

This was one of the overall best hotels that we stayed at during a 24-day trip through central Europe and France. Great hotel, for the price we paid we were very happy. It even included breakfast. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Bathroom looked new. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel because i could walk to it from gatwick north, rather than taking a shuttle that i would have to wait for. We stayed 2 nights in total in different rooms. The room from the first night was a bit bigger and more comfortable than the 2nd night, but both were spotlessly clean, with comfortable linens. We were amazed at the lovely service […] from both the reception staff and the wait staff in the restaurant. The restaurant had what i would describe as a perfect full english breakfast buffet. A big thanks to John who helped us on our 2nd stay and went above and beyond in job. I had made a mistake in my booking and unintentially and unknowingly booked at the other Premier Inn North Gatwick, which you need to take a shuttle to. John managed to rearrange our booking so that we could stay at the one closest to the airport and not have to find and wait for a shuttle to the other location. I was very, very grateful for him doing this as it was already 10:30pm and we were travelling with our tired 3 year old. Quite a distance from Frankurt Hbf. Take a while to find the hotel. Good breakfast and it is free. Room is big and clean. Bed too soft, not comfortable? No free Wifi @ lobby.

Very clean and modern hotel in a great central location. Only five minutes walk to the central station. Staff friendly and very professional. Good range of food and drink available at breakfast. The hotel looks new or just renovated. We stayed there for one night. The location was perfect. A very important feature: the hotel has an underground parking; and they allowed us to keep the car there five hours after check-up, so we could do some sight-seeing. Wi-Fi was provided free of charge. Very good value. We'll definitely stay there again.

The only problem I had was being woken up in the middle of the night from a guest from the room next door banging on the door to get their friend to open the door, but that's not something the hotel can do about that, just other stupid annoying guests.
