We made a last-minute booking at the Auberge de Cassagne in the midst of an arduous three-week business trip. We both needed to unwind a bit, and the on-premise Spa provided great opportunities for that. We had initially booked a conventional double room, but perhaps since it was the off-season, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite upon arrival. The staff was charming and accomodating, with great suggestions for activities and indulgences during our stay. Highly recommended!

Great location, very nice staff and lovely room. The hotel is well located. Treat your self and get a room with a view of the valley. The room has french windows that give you a great view. The hotel has a very good resteraunt (not opened every night) a nice bar and serves a very good breakfast.

While this hotel is a few km outside of Nimes downtown, it was easy enough to get there, but does require a car. The staff were very friendly, helpful and available. The breakfast, at 10 EUR, may have been a little overpriced (tea/coffee, juice, bread, some cheese and a salami), but was still quite nice. The shower had a hand-held wand with no way to attach, so this was less then desirable. Still, the location was good, and staff great, and we would stay there again.

We were very Impressed with the chateau and the level of service by the staff there. The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The only... negative for us was that the same level of attention was not paid to the design and certainly the upkeep of the surrounding grounds. They seemed unkempt and shabby in comparison to the chateau itself. There is so much potential there: with manicured grounds and herb and kitchen garden to use in the restaurant, it could be not only good but truly exceptional! Beautiful, romantic French Chateau with large comfortable rooms, peaceful idyllic rural setting, helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. My only complaint was the WiFi, which is supposed to be available in the rooms, was only working in rooms adjacent to the front desk due to a "glitch" in the router and it was not expected to be fixed for 5 days (we […] were only there for 3).. Other reviews have complained about lack of Wi Fi service in the rooms intermittently in the past so a more permanent fix would be nice but overall, we were very happy with our stay here. Very convenient to multiple sites including Avignon, Pont du Gard, Les Baux, Arles (and of course St-Remy-du-Provence). Read more

The Chateau is a dream with a fabulous staff that could not have been more courteous and helpful in giving directions to St Remy, les Baux and Avignon and all the great restaurants in between. The grounds are gorgeous and ideal for sketching and painting or just relaxing and reading or writing.

Hôtel magnifique et romantique. Séjour reposant et dépaysant. Chambre spacieuse et très bonne literie. Le seul bémol se situe au niveau du restaurant. En effet, même si le repas était excellent, le service était très long et le chef était un peu autain. Au final, ce fut un excellent séjour.

O hotel, situado em uma edificação (CHATEAU) de 1702 está em excelente condição de manutenção com todo o conforto necessário. Quartos amplos, decorados com extremo bom gosto, staff atencioso, boa qualidade dos produtos de higiene e toucador. O chateau mantem uma aparencia antiga, o que reporta na estadia, a sensação de estar se hospedando em um chateau […] há 300 anos já que alguns funcionários se vestem com roupas de época. Cadre magnifique, accueil parfait, chambre récente, vaste et très bien meublée, salle de bains également aérée et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner pris dans le jardin, formule buffet, pourrait être plus varié, c'est la seule idée d'amélioration que nous avons trouvée
