Great location. Very clean, comfortable room. Wish it had a bit more lighting though. Bathroom had good lighting and had an overhead rain shower. Room was tiny but efficiently and nicely decorated. Hotel is under a bit of renovation, and they tested the fire alarms at 9:30 am.... bummer there. The hotel is located in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to all the attractions at Bryant Park, Central Park, Times Square, the train station, the bus station; you minimize the travelling costs by staying at this hotel. The hotel staff is all very nice; similing and energetic people; who really give good information about the dining options. […] They have an answer for all your questions; if they don't have it currently they search for it. They are really great. The rooms are designed to make you comfortable. They are very clean throughout your stay. The hotel is located just across a Starbucks coffee, where you would have a chance to have free wi-fi. For people travelling to New York as a tourist great option. What a great hotel in a super-convenient location. Room has all amenities, such as a huge TV, super sound dock, spacious bathroom with huge shower stall, deep sink, fine lighting. Room was quiet and tranquil and bustling neighborhood never quits. Strongly recommend if you want luxury and convenience.

For the cost per night, we expected the room and bathroom to be cleaner. It was also super small, although somehow comfortable. The bed was cozy, but the pillows were not. The staff was always very helpful and pleasant. One downside for us was that there wasn't the option for in-room movies. We like to unwind at night with a movie and that wasn't an […] option. The location was in walking distance for most attractions and wonderful restaurants. Perfect location if you want a quiet location that is close to the choas that is Times Square. We were immediately struck by the modern minimalist style of the hotel and even though we arrived at 11 am the staff were able to check us in immediately. The room was clean comfortable and well apointed though lacking coffee and tea making facilities which we take for granted in British hotels. Outstanding Staff and Very attentive. Good location. Typical NY sardine can sized room. Refridge was full of all kinds of junk that I did not want, so I had to constantly order ice and fill the trash cans to keep MY drinks that I purchased, cold. That was a major inconvenience. Sorry, but I won't be back. Thanks.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very nice. Room was small but well appointed and neat + comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Only negatives were lack of storage space in room (two very small nightstand drawers only) and lack of WiFi in room (though it was available in the hotel lounge). Location next to Times Square was a plus.

It was fine but the closet space is small and my non smoking room must have been a smoking room at one time. I went out and purchased Glade air freshner. Great location and might go back if they can make sure my room is a smoke free room. ( my husband stayed here beore and his visit was more pleasant )

The staff is courteous and helpful and the location worked well for what I needed. The rooms are small and might be a problem for a couple. However, I was traveling solo for business and didn't spend anytime in the room other than to sleep. The only issue I had was that the air conditioning system is noisy, which is fairly common in hotel rooms. I'm […] sensitive to noise at night and had to turn the AC off to sleep. The hotel is fairly new and the staff was very friendly, specially the bell boys. The room was very clean. The bell boys would go out of their way to give you directions or recommend places. One day we were returning to our room and it was raining, the bell boy ran out to meet us with an umbrella. Now THAT's service. Upon check out, I had a small discrepancy […] on my bill, was getting charged for items from the mini bar that I did not consume but once I talked to the front desk, they immediately corrected the problem. Also, when we checked out, our flight would not leave until sometime at night so we had all day to wait, front desk offered to take care of our luggage while we waited for our flight. When we returned, the bell boy brought the bags back immediately and also went out to the street to get a taxi cab for us (which, as everyone knows, is very difficult to do in NY). Luckily he was able to get one for us immediately. Overall, great experience, much better than I expected. If you hear other negative reviews around here, it may be from people that are extremely picky. Read more

I spent my 5th anniversary at Cassa and it was amazing. It's one block away from most Broadway Theaters, the room is modern and clean and the staff is amazing, specially the Concierge who helped me out to make arrangements to surprise my wife - she had a blast! Definitely recommended!
