Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Please note that pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed. Check-in is located at 9581 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC at Pelicans Landing. We cannot guarantee a 4pm check-in due to unforeseen circumstances such as excessive cleaning needed and/or maintenance.
A cleaning fee of USD 100.00 plus tax will be charged at check-in. Additionally, a USD 100.00 refundable damage waiver fee will be charged at check-in. During certain holiday periods, a USD 200.00 cash security deposit is required and returned after unit has been checked and cleared.
