The Riad was great but the neiborhood was not that good, It's really hard to find this place, there's no any sing at all and It was really scarry to walk from the place the taxi droped us off at 9:00 pm to the Riad, the only direction the taxi driver gave us was take this way and walk 300 meter straight but we found many little streets and got so confused till we found some kids and ask them for the Riad and 3 of them lead us tho the main entrance of the Riad, we pay them 5 Euros but they keep asking for more money. The service was just great, the brackfast was good, but after 3 days we had almost the same a lot of carbs and low in protein.

If you have stayed at Ibis before, no surprises. This hotel is about 6km out of the city center - perfect if you have a car and you've had enough Riads and the Medina - this hotel is in a quiet suburb. Room can be a bit noisy in the morning as the sound carries through the hall. Food was SPECTACULAR, we had two meals a day and even left the Medina to return to the Ibis because the restaurant was so tasty.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Riad Nesma, and we enjoyed our stay there tremendously - it is very close to all the sights in the medina, the staff was very friendly, and the freshly squeezed orange juice you had to start your breakfast off with was delicious - furthermore the staff served you a nice pot of mint tea whenever you felt like it - also a real treat. Considering that it is categorized as a budget riad, you get really good value for your money.

Stayed here w/ my girlfriend and had a great stay. Great contemporary hotel up to American and European standards. Breakfast and WiFi were included for free. The Brasserie restraurant downstairs is a great place for coffee or a drink and the upstairs space has an incredible roofdeck for dining or a cocktail. There is also a lounge/club beneath the lobby. […] Lots of options for dining and drinking within the hotel. The staff were excellent. H'Saan was extremely helpful in arranging excursions and activities for us (Toufiq was also great). Im my opinion, this hotel is an excellent value considering how nice it is. The hotel is centrally located and about 15 mins from the airport. Take the shuttle bus from the airport. It stops direclty in front of the hotel and only costs about $3 US. If you are going to take a taxi to or from the airport, pay no more than 100 Dirham for a small taxi or 150 for a full sedan taxi. The hotel is in the Gueliz neighborhood, some shops and many cafes, restaurants and bars are around. It is only a 20-25 minute walk to the centre. The area can be a bit noisy, so if you are looking for some peace and quiet after a day in the souks, look someplace else. The hotel is styled very nicely, and the rooms are very comfortable. "Pleasant with a few issues that need ironing out!"

Overall it was a great hotel, few disappointing points where that there was no ironing facility's within the hotel, we were told to get our cloths ironed on the street somewhere. "French Moroccan style Hotel"
The hotel was fantastic with a French Moroccan decor with a modern twist. Two restaurants and a roof top bar with great views. Also a spa downstairs in the basement which was excellent. The only downfall was the busy road outside but the double glazing works a treat and is close to all amenities. I am really surprised that this hotel has received so many excellent reviews, it was terrible. Breakfast very average, the worst shower I have ever seen, staff not that helpful and seem to add their own commission to any tours they book. The information in the room says that airport transfers can be arranged and charged to the room, but they couldn't […] or wouldn't do it when it came time to pay. The view from the roof top bar is good, the only good feature but very expensive for drinks. "Great place to stay in Marrakesh"
This hotel is great in many respects. It is clean; it is central to most everything you need - restaurants close by, all with great food; transport is everywhere, including the City Tour hop-on-hop-off double-decker open-air bus (great value, just across the street). The initial welcome was wonderful, and the orange juice offered upon arrival was refreshing. […] The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving directions and advice on touring, as well as fulfilling our needs to make the stay very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good too, lots to choose from, definitely worth having as a part of your stay. We did happy hour at the bar on the ground floor, which was a bit expensive by Marakesh prices, but it's very handy. If you want cheaper options, go outside, there's plenty nearby. If you want to try the Moroccan soup "Harira", go to the restaurant directly opposite the door to the hotel. If you're energetic, you can walk into the Medina - it took us 40 minutes - or a taxi for about 30DH #3 Euros#. The only downside - we stayed on the 5th floor, directly under the breakfast restuarant on the 6th floor. When guests start arriving for breakfast #from 7am#, they drag the chairs out to sit on, and this makes a lot of noise. But we are good sleepers, and it didn't bother us. Some complain about traffic noise, but we didn't have any problem with that either. The room was excellent, with cable TV, safe, fridge, and good sized bathroom/shower. We have just returned from a 3 night stay here. We really couldn't fault it. It served our purposes extremely well. The hotel has 5 floors of rooms with the sixth floor being the restaurant and small plunge pool and the rooftop is a lovely bar area. The hotel is finished in a stark, clean white paint and has a restaurant on the ground floor with a seated […] area outside also. The furnishings are very comfortable and the staff are ok, the Maitre D' works hard to keep them on their toes and his banter is warm, humorous and friendly. There are stairs leading off this area down into a basement which is apparently a bar but we didn't venture down here. Check in was efficient, the lifts work well and our room was a superior double on the 3rd floor which featured an ensuite with a huge bath, two big chrome sinks and a toilet. The balcony overlooked the street and the view is unspectacular. Furniture does make a noise when moved which transmits downwards! The room was extremely clean and was well maintained. TV had multilingual channels.The Sky bar on the rooftop was a lovely place to relax in the evening with a view over the whole city centre. Prices actually we felt were reasonable - £15 for a nice bottle of red. Breakfast was a buffet of fresh fruit, bread, cereals, cheese, meat, dates etc. Hard boiled eggs also. My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for four nights. It was a pleasure to return to after the hurly burly and heat of the old town. Super accueil et la premiere impression a été "wow c'est blanc, ca brille, c'est moderne et propre!" . Le personnel est vraiment gentil meme si pas tres rapide (ni pro-actif) au petit dejeuner... L'arret du "Big red bus" est juste devant et l'emplacement de cet hotel fais qu'on peut se rendre a pied a peut pret partout et le quartier a des petits restos […] et magasins sympas. Je le recommende vivement... Le seul bémol pour nous etait qu'il n'y a pas de fitness/gym, l'ascenseur met un temps fou quand on l'appel et que la piscine exterieure est toute petite avec seulement 4 ou 5 chaises longues qui etaient generalement toute prises mais apres 2 jours nous avons trouvé une belle alternative: les grands hotels de Marrakech font des journées piscines a partir de 500 Drm (des piscines magnifiques!) :-) .
