located near a beach,its expansive with a well sculpted structures in accord with the santorini architecture.the rooms are with white linen and wardrobes as shown in the hotel pics,and oh they are huge!dint need A.C even in the mornin as absence of any hotel or building nearby got cool breeze flowing straight from the beach into our room.the ambiance […] was very cosy and roomy,apt for any island.the utilities mite look basic but they were clean and neat.a bit of bother though was the reception that had attending timings making u question wether sea sound is a hotel or a pension?also they advertise their rooms having a kitchen,but IT IS WITHOUT A COOKING TOP OR COOKING UTENSILS.one can find just a pair of cutlery,glasses and plates spread around the cupboards.the fridge was huge enough to stock a weeks groceries.the landlady is nice,warm n friendly.located near perissa and perivolos beaches,around 7 km from the port and 14km from fira.30km from oia.bike rentals & carrefour supermarket easily found in perissa.overall a pleasant stay with tons of sweet memories from the island....greece is beautiful!!! The resort is very isolated so you will need a car. The nearest eatery (Dimitri’s) is about 10 minute walk away. The resort has no restaurant. If you're arriving late or don't have a car, I STRONGLY suggest you find food before arriving at the resort. It was only through extremely good luck and some very friendly hospitality that we managed to get dinner […] on our first night. We were a little disappointed with some of the recommendations the resort gave us. They booked us on a tour which cost us 25euro. When speaking to someone else on the same tour they only paid 15 euro so we were frustrated. The breakfast wasn't much good and was over priced we thought. 6euro for a small continental breakfast and almost undrinkable coffee was very disappointing. In the early days of our stay, omelettes were free, but half way through they decided to impose an added fee of 5 euro. Our room had a sink and cutlery and crockery, but nothing to cook on. The shower was just a very weak dribble in a hand held contraption. The resort staff talk about offering ‘the best’ but I suspect a lot of it is just talk as we got the feeling we were sometimes a hindrance to them. All that said, it is a very lovely resort if you’re looking for somewhere quiet. The grounds are very nice and the pool is lovely. The location is about as far away from the action as possible but if you have a car it’s not too bad. This isn’t a party resort and would probably suit families. Read more

I was very happy with the service that we received. Eva and Anni helped us to arrange Airport transfer, Hot Spring Tour, Scotter rental and Snorkeling. Everthing was delivered at hotel and resonable price. Eva and Anni were very helpful and thanks to them for making our trip very memorable. Room was good. Consigliatissimo per le coppie e le famiglie. La struttura è molto carina,ottimo il fatto di avere la piscina e la spiaggia privata. Le camere sono ben tenute e spaziose, però la cucina non è assolutamente attrezzata. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte un pentolino (quantomeno per prepararci il latte per colazione) e il fornellino. Avevamo un solo cucchiaino […] e due cucchiai, niente posate o stoviglie di altro genere, se nn un paio di piatti e bicchieri. Sembra che la direzione nn voglia in realtà che si cucini in camera, però un servizio o si da o nn si da. E' assolutamente opportuno avere un mezzo di locomozione altrimenti si è tagliati fuori. Sull'isola ci sono molti posti dove noleggiare uno scooter o una macchina e ve li portano anche in hotel senza spese aggiuntive. La pace e latranquillità sono garantiti. Hotel tranquillo, di nuova costruzione, situato in una posizione fantastica e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ha superato di molto le aspettative in tutti i sensi. Il personale è stato disponibile e sempre cordiale, l'isola dal canto suo è meravigliosa, quindi assolutamente un viaggio e un soggiorno consigliabili. L'hotel non manca di nulla (spiaggia, piscina, […] etc.) ed ha il grande vantaggio di essere al di fuori di contesti come Fira e Oia che, pur essendo bellissime ed assolutamente da visitare, sono molto caotiche. Basta affittare un mezzo di locomozione (anche in questo assistiti dal personale dell'albergo) e si può arrivare in tempi brevi praticamente dappertutto. In generale, un viaggio da fare e rifare.
