Over the Christmas break, I drove to Belgium to meet some friends at the airport. I had a terrible experience on the way to the hotel, but when I finally arrived, the staff were some kind and attentive that it entirely lifted my mood. The night desk attendant answered all of my questions helping me access the internet, find an ATM, and locate a convenient place to eat a nice meal. In the morning, a different desk attendant was kind enough to print out some important documents that I needed. The hotel employees were all more than friendly, they went out of their way to create a pleasant experience. The room was small, but the bed would comfortably have fit 2 when I only needed space for 1.

If you only need a room to stay for a low price this is the place to be. Clean rooms, close to airport, dining and breakfast at the other Ibiz across the parking lot. Rooms are small but for one person OK

Boutique hotel with individually designed rooms (all different so perhaps state your choice when booking). young staff very friendly and professional. Nice set breakfast, super coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice. Very cosy and stylish a good winter choice. .

Grundsätzlich nettes Hotel nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Besserer Lärmschutz zur Strasse hin würden dem Hotel gut tun. Leider waren zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus im Gang - Arbeitsbeginn mit Presslufthammer um 0630! - was den Genuss des Aufenthalts leider etwas trübte.

Het hotel ziet er super uit, vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt. Onze kamer was ruim alleen mag er nog wel de puntjes op de i gezet worden. De douchedeur was niet goed afgewerkt waardoor er veel water in de badkamer liep tijdens het douchen. Her en der was er wat verf van deuren etc. en de airco werkte niet.

Goed hotel, beetje aan de prijs voor wat je er voor krijgt. Mooi ingerichte kamer, prima bed. Badkamer/douche zonder wand/gordijn resulteert in een waterballet. Hele kamer mag wel een onderhoudsbeurtje hebben. Beschadigingen in de verf, scheurtjes in tegelwerk en wand, twee defecte lampen. Het lijkt er op dat in het hotel na de oplevering en opknapbeurt […] van een paar jaar terug niets meer gedaan is. Airco werkte slecht (winter) waardoor het in de kame erg warm is. Gelukkig kunnen de ramen open en heb je weinig last van straatgeluid. Bestel geen ontbijt (á € 18,50), het is niet veel bijzonders, maar ga lekker ergens in het centrum ontbijten bij een van de vele reastaurantjes of take-aways. Prima hotel om één of twee nachten een bezoek aan Antwerpen te brengen. Ligging is perfect aan de rand van het centrum ( 2 minuten lopen), parkeergarage om de hoek. Read more

Prima hotel. Kamers zijn uiterst netjes en verzorgd. De algemene ruimtes als restaurant, bar etc. zijn uitstekend verzorgd en de medewerkers zijn over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk. Een dame bij het ontbijt had blijkbaar niet haar dag, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Het hotel is centraal gelegen en parkeren kan dichtbij in de parkeergarage Oudaen […] of evt. op de Waalsekaai/Vlaamsekaai (gratis, dames en heren...) (ca. 15 minuten wandelen van het hotel). Mooi hotel, centraal gelegen aan doorgaande straat, maar hier heb je absoluut geen last van! Binnen een paar minuten lopen zit je bij de Vogelenmarkt, de grote winkelstraat, leuke restaurants en meer moois. Echt een aanrader en het geld dubbel en dwars waard. Een tip: parkeren kan goedkoop bij de Vogelenmarkt ( ca.15euro per dag).

Bom hotel, ótimo serviço e um restaurante de muito bom nível, excelente mesmo, o que foi uma grata surpresa mim e minha esposa. Recomendo o hoteL, apesar da primeira impressão, pois o hall de entrada e muito escuro e nos da uma impressão de um hotel não familiar, o que não e o caso.

Intiem hotel voor een weekendje weg. Wat alleen onduidelijk was bij het boeken was over wel/geen ontbijt bij zat. Dat was pas duidelijk bij de bevestiging en kon je niet als extra optie boeken. Gelukkig wel in hotel te regelen.
