I enjoyed my stay at Crimson as much as any 5 star resort I've stayed at. Beds great, clean, staff friendly and helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place in Cebu/Mactan. And the spa is awesome!

this is a Gorgeous resort hotel. It is very isolated however and most activities have to be booked through the hotel. you are not in an area where you can walk around outside the hotel, however they do have various shuttle services to downtown shopping. the staff is very friendly and professional. Great gym, pool facilities, water activities. Good for a few days trip otherwise you will get bored quickly because you run out of things to do. Hotel is far from everything so you are forced to buy everything in resort so be prepared to pay high prices. Most taxis don't know where this is located look for signs on the road otherwise your taxi will […] drive you around at your cost. Also take metered taxis from Cebu airport located at the upper level not the hustlers at the airport exist who are more expensive & charge you a fix rate. I did not like the fact that we also had ants in our room but than I never reported it. Overall, the place, amenities, services, etc. are excellent. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I slept in. The staff is ultra friendly and helpful and they even address you on a first name basis. They have an enormous pool. The live band on weekends is enjoyable. Now, the drawbacks: the resort is so far away from the city (they have free shuttle trips though) and the food is pricey. After driving through the streets of Mactan, and arriving at the resort, I was impressed at the quiet surroundings. The service with our bags and check-in was great, and the staff very hospitable. Our children had fun within the resort. If you like to play badminton, they do have 3 courts available (I think I've seen only a handful play inside). The kids area was safe and very accessible. The only thing I have to really complain about was the speed of the housekeeping staff. I had to ask twice for some items requested such as a comb and to take the dirty dishes away. It took so long that I just left it outside on our patio to be picked up (didn't really want to go to bed with leftover food on the table). Apart from that, this place is beautiful, and really a nice spot to have a RELAXING vacation. Even though some people might want to do some activities (which they can) this seems to be catered to a calm, relaxing and quiet environment. The Spa was great (from what my Wife has told me) and really not that out of the way. If you're looking for a big beach, sorry to say it's not that big but enough to just sit and lounge. Went there for a weekend in end of Feb. The resort deserves its 5-star rating, the facilities are just amasing and the staff is friendly and smilling from day to night. Great hotel. Rooms are big and bathroom even bigger. Very friendly staff. The beach is very small which was fine for us. But the problem with the beach is that it is rocky (at all times not just when the tide is low). Great happy hour at Azure. The Hotel is nice but somewhat basic with no Ironing Boards/Irons and a lack of plug points if you have a lapop and Mobile to charge ! Internet Acess is woeful. It is a taxi ride to everywhere and many of the cabs get lost finding the Hotel. Hotel staff are wonderful, but stay at the Shangri-La instead.

This is by far one of the nicer resorts in Cebu-Mactan. I love this place. The staff are the best. They go above and beyond to accomodate. I would recommend this resort if you are looking for the most beautiful views and most unique ambiance. 5 stars!!

I read pretty good review about Crimson and decided to give it a try for 2 nights stay but too bad we didn't quite enjoy our stay there. The location is very far away from the city thus with no other option but to have dinner at the Saffron cafe in the resort for most of our meals. Most serving staffs in the Saffron cafe were really efficient, friendly […] and professional. Fortunately the food were quite acceptable. I personally feel that the reception was the worst department, none of the staffs look happy , they don't even greet or smile at any guest, infact I think they look very troubled. The beach is very small and the infinity pool has a strange design. Breakfast were always chaotic as it seems like the number of tables were not enough.Thus after 845am, there was always a long queue. The Garden Suite that I stayed wasn't very clean when I checked in, I could find lots of hairs on the floor, the bed was a little too soft and sometimes the water pressure from the taps was so weak. On the first night after a few lightling the power supply was totally cut off twice but power came back after a few seconds. Basically, I think there are more to improve in this new property. Satisfied: - Nice ambience with big swimming pools which opens even after the sun is set. - Staff always greets guests with warm greetings - Although the operation of the hotel still needs to be improved, their actions to our requests/complains are prompt. Hotel was internally luxurious. Beachfront is small. The surrounding neighbourhood does not offer much in the way of entertainment/restaurants or even walking paths. Great for a weekend away. Service was impecable.

Staff are very good and friendly. Rooms are very good, Bath rooms have a nice design but not practical. Water flooding on the floor when taking a shower and there should be more hangers for towels and swimming suits.

年末～年始にかけて夫婦で４泊しました。空港送迎を事前にメールでお願いしてあったので、ホテルまでは近い事もありスムーズに到着しました。ロータリー(車を乗り降りするスペース)で係員にスーツケースを預け、少し歩いた所にあるフロントでチェックイン、カードキーを渡されると自分たちで部屋に向かうというスタイルでした。広い敷地内を歩き、ようやく部屋に到着。しかし、ちょっとしたアクシデントが。鍵が開かず、ちょうど通りかかったホテルマンにマスターキーで開けてもらいました。あとで鍵を届けてくれると言っていた事やまだスーツケースが届いていない事が気になりましたが、すぐに夕食に出かける予定だったので待たずにフロントへ向かいました。フロントで鍵を変えて下さいとつたない英語で伝えると、慣れた様子でカードを機会に挿入し番 […] 号を登録し直してくれました。(よくある事？)その後、ロータリーで希望する夕食の店を係員に伝えるとタクシー運転手に行き先を伝えてくれ、そのまま乗車。料金は、ルームナンバーとサインでチェックアウト時に支払いますが、その場での支払いもＯＫです。食事から戻るとまだロータリーに私達のスーツケースが。どうやら出かけている間に届けた所、留守だった為そこで預かってくれたようです。 ホテル従業員はみんな笑顔で挨拶してくれ、広々とした敷地も手入れが行き届いており気持ちよく過ごせました。部屋はデラックスガーデンでしたが、外に面している大きな窓はレースのカーテンを閉めても通行する宿泊客からベッドルームが丸見えなので普通のカーテンも閉めたままでした。玄関外にはちょっとしたテーブルセットがあり、濡れた水着を椅子にかけて乾かすのに便利でした。朝食ビュッフェの種類は多いですが、やはり毎日となると飽きてしまいました。立地面は、敷地が広く一般の道に歩いて出るのは大変なので、やはり外出時はタクシーが必要です。また、ホテルの周りは地元の人が暮らしているといった感じで、店も少ないので歩いて行動するのは難しいです。プライベートビーチは泳ぐというより、小さな子どもと水際で遊ぶ程度。椅子で景色を見てくつろいでいる人もいましたが、人は少なかったです。 Read more

다소 외진 곳에 떨어져 있어, 택시 기사들이 조금 기피하긴 하지만- 그래도 조용하게 휴식을 즐기기에 좋은 리조트 입니다. 가장 최근에 지어진 리조트 답게, 시설은 세부의 호텔/리조트 중에서 가장 깨끗하고 세련되었습니다. 호텔 형태의 건물이 아닌 개별 빌라의 형태로 객실이 구성되어 있어 타호텔에 비해 소음문제도 적은 편입니다. 직원들은 다소 노골적으로 팁을 요구하는 것처럼 느껴지지만, 그래도 모두 친절했으며 밝은 인상이었습니다. 투숙객의 약 80%정도가 한국사람이라, 외국에 나온 느낌은 덜하지만, 조식 뷔페에 김치와 한국음식들이 나오고, 객실바에 컵라면이 있으며, 모든 직원들이 간단한 한국 표현들을 이해하고 있어, 편한 점도 […] 있습니다. 한국인 직원도 있습니다. 아얄라몰과 SM몰을 경유하는 셔틀버스가 하루 3-4회 운영되고 있습니다. 다만, 다소 외진 지역에 있어, 일반 택시를 이용하기는 어렵습니다. 호텔택시가 있긴 하지만, 일반 택시의 비용보다 약 2배 가량 비싼 편입니다. 다양한 엔터테인먼트보다는 조용한 휴식에 좋은 호텔입니다. 오션뷰 풀빌라에 묵었는데 객실에서는 괜찮았으나 호텔이 생각보다 다른 시설은 그냥그런거같습니다

크림슨 리조트는 로비에 들어서서 전경을 바라보면 정말 입이 딱 벌어질 정도로 멋지더군요. 또한 숙소가 대부분 단층 건물이라 정말 이쁘더군요. 조경도 잘해놨고, 야경도 운치 있고 정말 러블리 했어요. 수영장도 이쁘긴 정말 이쁜데, 코타키나발루 샹그릴라 리조트 수영장에 비해서는 조금 작네요. 많이 작은 건 아니지만요. 또한 슬라이딩할 수 있는게 없어서 조금 심심하기도 해요. 나머지는 정말 만족하고 러블리 합니다.

1. 리조트가 아담하고 예쁨 2. 객실에 수건 등이 비치가 안되있어서 호출하고, 금고도 망가져 있었음. 금방 수리하긴 했음. 관리가 잘 되진 않은 듯. 3. 리조트 안에서 식사를 모두 해결해야하는데 상당히 비쌈. 2박하는데 상당한 돈이 들어갔음. 4. 조식부페는 안하는게 낫다고 봄.

수영장 물이 좀 뿌옇고 비치도 물이 좀 드럽네요... 미역이 떠다니고 뿌옇고... 그래도 관리는 잘되는듯하네요 가격대비 좀 보통이네요...

시설이 참 괜찮아서 맘에 들었습니다. 한국인 스태프 친절도는 약간 문제가 있는 듯 합니다.

너무 깨끗하구 예쁜 리조트예여 수영장이 작다는데 전 만족했구요 너무 깨끗해요 전반적으로요 조식도 먹기 괜찮구요 또 가고싶은 그런 곳이었어요 그런데 100에 99는 한국 사람 ㅎㅎ 그것도 죄다 커플 ㅋㅋ 크림슨은 천국이예여 커플 천국 ㅋㅋ

최근에 지은 건물이라 깨끗할거란 생각에 결정하게 되었는데 역시 새로지은 건물이라 깨끗하고 깔끔했지만 규모가 너무 작고, 위치도 별로고 음식도 비싼 가격에 비해서 질이 많이 떨어지고 볼품없는 해변을 가니고 있어 실망이 이만저만이 아니였습니다.

세부에서도 유명한 고급 리조트로 손색 없습니다. 풀빌라에서 2박 했는데, 방이 생각보다 작긴 했지만, 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

분위기가 peaceful하기는 했지만 객실 서비스가 뛰어나지 않아 그랬긴 했지만 시설은 매우 만족스러웠습니다

가격대비 만족도는 엄청난 호텔이라 생각해요^^ 첨에 임패리얼 팰리스 갈려했는데 우연찮게 못가게 되어서 크림슨으로 선택했는데.... 이게 왠걸.. 임팰보다 싼가격에 객실 커디션이며 여러가지 부대시설이나 마감재 등등 훨씬 뛰어난거 같았어요... 같이간 일행과 제가 호텔에 근무하고 있는 관계로 샹글이랑 임팰 워터프론트 크림슨 여러군데 가보고 뷔페식당 이용하고 했는데요... 샹글이 오래되긴했지만 젤 럭셔리 했고... 임팰은 왕 실망 싸구려 자재 써서 수영장 타일 다 일어나고.. 하튼 말도 아니었어요.. 역시나 크림슨이 젤 최근 지어서 인지 깨끗하고 컨티션 최고였어요^^

Vi indlogerede os på Crimson Beach Resort i juni 2011, og på dette tidspunkt er hotellet meget nyt. De åbnede endeligt i maj 2011, og man ser hurtigt at der er tænkt over alle detaljer. Hotellets målgruppe er dog også de pengestærke der vælger luksus med en høj pris. For hotellet er dyrt. Og med den dårlige beliggenhed som kræver 30 min. i taxa (afh. […] af trafikforhold) for at komme ind til Cebu, er man ofte nødsaget til at bruge hotellets egen restaurant. Udvalget i hotellets restaurant samt deres bar hvor man også kan købe mad, er primært henvendt til asiatiske kunder. Philippinerne besøges af et meget stort antal koreanere og japanere, og det er deres smagsløg der primært tages hensyn til. Hotellets personale er noget af det varmeste og venligste vi har mødt, servicen er på et absolut topplan, og værelsernes komfort er også i højeste karakter. Her behandles man som konger og dronninger, men i forhold til det øvrige Philippinerne, får man også lov til at betale for det. Read more

가장최근에 생긴곳이라 깨끗한건당연해겠죠 근데 비치도넘작고 부대시설같은건 약합니다 걍 샹글로 갈껄 잘못했단 생각들더군요

남편과 함께 크림슨 리조트 가든 스위트에서 4박 숙박했습니다. 작년에는 임페리얼 숙박했었는데 임페리얼에 비해 룸 컨디션은 더 좋았구요... 수영장도 조용해서 좋았습니다. 수영장이 사진보다는 좀 작은 편이구요, 조식이 좀 부실하다고 느끼긴 했지만, 불편하진 않았습니다. 위치가 조금 구석이라 이동에 시간이 걸리긴 하지만, 막탄 쪽은 별반 다르지 않다고 보구요... 조용히 휴양을 즐기실 여행자에게는 추천할만한 호텔이네요. 직원들의 서비스와 친절도도 좋았습니다.

가격대비 만족도 최고입니다. 워터파크가있는건 아니지만 호텔 수영장 및 서비스 등이 너무 만족스럽습니다. 밤에는 수영장 옆 야외 바에서 재즈 공연을 했는데 분위기 정말 최고였습니다.

It was good-nice beach, comfortable free mall shuttle(shang gri la gets 200ph @ each). but sill... staff management needs improvement. They sometimes forget a towel, shampoo..etc. And the most you should remind is a soundproof of the room. In Crimson I could hear the TV, and chat sounds of the next room. Its a very good hotel .One of the best in this place. I recommend despite of if you need the wi-fi signal it is very weaky.The only place you could be connected was in the restaurant. All the structure are amazing and just this detail got me bored. snorkelling just in front the hotel is amazing. Recomended!!!!!!!

4月から5月にかけてデラックスルームに3泊しました。 昨年10月オープンということもあってか、ホテルを知らないタクシー運転手が多く、タクシーに乗る際には確認が必要。 立地は、周囲に買い物をするところが無く、空港周辺まで行かなければならず、タクシーを呼ぶ間待たなければならず、また、他の客を乗せて到着するタクシーもセキュリティのためか、乗車は出来ないので時間がかかる。 ホテルの部屋は広く、清潔で、滞在は非常に快適。バスルームもバスタブとシャワースペースが分かれており、広々している。（バスタブがもっと大きければ更に良いが。） 窓の外にはバルコニーがあって、二階からの夕日の景色も最高。 スタッフはとても親切で親しみやすく、少し離れたところでもこちらに気が付けば笑顔で挨拶してくれて大変気持ちが良い。た […] だし、彼らが日本語を話せないのが残念。 有り得ないと思ったことは、頼んでいないのに夜の１時過ぎに部屋に「エキストラベッドを持って来たので使え」（たぶん）と持って来たこと。 しかし、全体的には、これまで滞在した中で最高のホテル。これからも機会があればまた行きたいので、この状態を保持し続けて欲しい。 Read more

가든스위트에서 4박했었습니다. 예쁜 꽃들로 둘러싸인 조경과 객실이용객들만을 위한 비치와 수영장, 끝내주는 스파까지 정말 환상적인 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 전직원들이 너무 친절하고 항상 웃는 얼굴로 기분까지 좋아지는 곳이네요. 다시 가고 싶습니다.

거의 모든 부분이 마음에 드는 곳이였습니다. 예쁘고 멋스러운 분위기에 친절한 직원들, 그리고 깔끔하고 바깥세상과 살짝 떨어져있는듯한 느낌이 오히려 좋았습니다. 어차피 막탄섬에서 시티로 나가려면 교통수단을 이용해야하는데 그럴바에야 아예 떨어져있는 게 큰 문제가 되지않다고 생각했습니다. 마을처럼 되어있는 객실위치도 좋았고, 리조트에서 구비되어있는 시설들(수영장, 개인해변, 배드민턴장, 피트니스클럽, 포켓다이 등) 어디하나 나무랄데가 없었습니다. 다만 기프트샵이나 베이커리가 조금 약해서 리조트 내에서는 먹을거리 구하는데 어려움이 있었습니다. 그것 빼고는 모든 것이 마음에들어 세부에 다시간다면 크림슨을 다시 찾을것 같습니다.

2010年開業ということで、設備が新しくてきれいで印象がよかった。 HOTEL,COMの記載情報が間違っていて、14時からのチェックインが12時となっていた。12時についたが、ちょうどチェックアウトの時間と重なり、待たされることになった。その間の、フロントの引き継ぎがうまくなく、必要以上に待たされたのはNG. それ以外は、スタッフの対応も良く、気持ちよく過ごせた。 食事は、ビュッフェスタイルだが非常に一つ一つの質が高いと感じた。あれだけの費用を出せば当然と言えば当然とはいえるが。 ルームさサービスのメニューもそんなに多くない。 長期滞在には向かないと思う。 ホテルの前のビーチの水は透明度が高いとは言えない。 バスルームは、広くて快適。バスタブも一応体は浸かれる深さがあった。湯量も十分。 イン […] ターネットはセキュリティの関係か一部日本のサイトにつながらなかった。 ホテルからのセブ市内への無料送迎は、便数が一日3便であまり便利とはいえなかった。 周りにはなにもないので、ちょっとコンビニに買い物というわけにはいかない。 スパやアクティビティに関しては割引クーポンが発行された。この情報はどこにもなかったので、事前にわかっていれば、もっとプラニングしやすかったかも。 セブでは珍しいビラタイプで十分リゾート感は味わえる。 Read more

가든 스위트에 3박했는데, 호텔은 참 깨끗하고, 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 직원들도 친절하시고, 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 호텔에서 나가려면 하루에 3번있는 셔틀을 이용하거나, 택시를 불러서만 나갈수 있어서 조금 불편하더라구요. 그리고 호텔 규모대비 수영장이 좀 작은 편이더라구요. 아침부터 비치체어가 많이 부족하더라구요. 단점을 고려하더라도 다음에 또 머물고 싶은 곳입니다.

무엇보다 리조트 서비스는 정말 어디내놔도 손색없을 최고!!! 호텔사람들 너무나 다 착하고 친절하고.. 새벽 3~4시 내내 룸서비스랑 칫솔이니 모니 다 시켜도 늘 상냥하고 기분좋게 빨리 가져다줌.. 리조트에 있는 내내 필리핀이 위험하다는 생각을 완전히 없애줄 정도로 사람들이 선하고 착함. 다른 동남아(태국,코타,브루,등)의 비슷한 급의 리조트들로 다녀봤는데..그중 최고일듯... 정말 우리일행은 까다로운 편에 속해서 그들이 굉장히 피곤할정도로 물어보고 시켜대고 했는데.. 끝까지 웃음 않잃고 다해줌. 모,..시설은 최고는 아니었지만 새로지어서 그런지 전반적으로 깨끗하고.. 좋았음. 룸청소도 하루에 한번이 아니라 잠깐만 나갔다만와도 […] 몇번이든 해놔서 너무 좋았음.. 가격대비 대만족!
