      Overall I was very pleased. The value for our stay cannot be beat. The staff was extremely helpful--which is a plus for a family traveling with small children.

      This was a great hotel. Our room was for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids had a loft upstairs with twin beds, a tv and desk. There was plenty of room for all of us. The breakfast was good - typical European breakfast - hard boiled eggs, breads, meats and Cheeses, yogurt and toppings for the yogurt. It was about a 15 minute drive to Valkenburg. There was not a whole lot right around the hotel in walking distance, but several villages around it with plenty of places to eat etc.

      We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very clean and decorated nicely. The bathroom was fresh and new, the shower had plenty of hot water and the water flow was good. The only thing that I can suggest is that they replace the towels, our set of towels were clean, but the edges were fraying and coming apart at the hem, and we were only given one set for a reservation for 2 people. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. The staff was also very kind and accommodating.

      We had an excellent stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and took care of any questions we had. Parking was free. The room was very clean. Came in for the Christmas markets and the drive was 5-10 minutes (by taxi) from the hotel to the city center. A lot of shopping right across the street. Did not like that we had to pay for internet and that a free breakfast was not offered. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

    I had a lovely stay there on business. Very nice room very well equipped. Food was great , staff very friendly and efficient. Location is excellent. The breakfast area is in an original Roman part of a house - most unusual and fascinating. Highly recommend this Hotel

    Locatie is perfect. Ambiance en dienstverlening goed verzorgd. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat het 2-persoonsbed uit twee losse bedden bestond. Dat ligt niet lekker met zijn 2-en.

    Over het algemaan tevreden over het hotel. De wifi verbinding was helaas niet optimaal. Als je er een nacht van zondag op maandag door brengt, houdt er dan rekening mee dat er op maandagochtend veel vrachtverkeer en vuilniswagens onder je raam voorbij komen. Uitslapen is er dan helaas niet bij. Goede locatie om Maastricht te ontdekken
