I was pleasantly surprised by the value. Hot breakfast was included. Very fast good wi-fi was included. Coupons for free wine and beer in three hotel restaurant watering-holes were provided. Room is a standard hotel room with plenty of space. Extras like microwave, fridge, ironing board, and a real desk with rolling chair were present. Shampoos, soaps, and lotions and plenty of linens were presented. Only issue was those people using their free drink coupons got very happy and loud much of the night both nights. It didn't ruin my day or night. Life is life.

The Lookaway Inn was a great spot on our stay in N. Augusta, SC for a concert in Augusta, GA. The staff was very friendly, in particular Sammy, who was there during check-in and check-out. He gave us a tour of the beautiful main building and gave us some of the history of the home. Our room was spacious and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't want for anything. They have a beautiful courtyard that would be very nice in pleasant weather. The Inn was also very close to downtown Augusta, GA (much more so than the chain hotels out on I-20) but felt 'safer' than venues down around Broad Street. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Two items to be aware of: the TV's are small but they are HD so we found them very easy to watch. The floors are all hardwoods so if anyone is walking above you with shoes on you'll hear them. This was a wonderful place to stay!

The telephone didn't work. I prefer a top sheet over the blanket, so I went to the desk to get one. The front desk girl seemed more interested in her phone than us.

This is the 2nd I've stayed at this hotel and I've always been happy with my stay there. The rooms and lobby are clean. The staff is friendly. I'll be in the area again in July and plan to stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a sporting event. The room was clean and up-to-date. The breakfast was reliable and fresh. My only annoyance is that our room overlooked a mexican restaurant next door which was very loud both Friday and Saturday nights. We will stay here again.

Our stay was perfect, not a single complaint. Hotel is either brand spankin' new or 100% thoroughly renovated. Either way, it was new and up to date, everything was in great shape, very clean, very trendy and classy, and feels like a much more expensive hotel. The help was cordial and very helpful. As with another hotel I stayed at in Atlanta, the room […] had no fridge, which I found odd. No big deal really, but it would be the only con. We didn't need one, so it wasn't an issue. The pool was great, cold and refreshing, and the hot tub was nice too. The fitness room was adequate, three or four cardio machines and a flat screen TV. The rooms also have flat screens, by the way. The location is right off the 20, surrounded by anything you could possibly need up and down the nearby strip. In such a busy location I was happy to find that the hotel was very quiet, no noise concerns. The breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. I would absolutely stay here again, Holiday Inn Express has yet to let me down in any city I've stayed. 100% satisfied. Read more

Stayed for my daughters graduation and my two younger children Loved the indoor pool. We loved the hot tub and gym. Our room was a suite with two queen beds and a sit in area with small kitchenette, perfect for the entire family! Would totally recommend his new and clean hotel. The location was excellent and the staff was great!

My only complaint was that the maids failed to clean our room and the second night we came in after a long day to a room with dirty linen, no towels and a mess. The night staff were great at helping to solve the problem with new linen and towels and apologized for the mess.
