We rented the two bedroom suite and our family loved the contemporary styling and the cityscape view at night. It was a short walk over the pedestrian bridges to the train station and the trams which took you anywhere you wanted to go. While there I would also recommend using the Melbourne Bike Share program. When we arrived it was after hours and the lobby was closed but we called the telephone number and someone from across the street came to greet us and provide keys to our suite. We were quite surprised at how lovely and spacious our accommodation was. We had plenty of room to relax, a nice view of the city and the double-glazed windows kept all street noise out. The apartment was really clean and we were able to find plenty of places to walk to or use public transport. I would definitely consider staying there again.

The apartment was in a good location, we felt that there should have been some hooks in the bathroom. Did not appreciate someone coming into our apartment while we were out delivering a lamp.

Have worked and studied in the hospitality industry for many years (5 star and 4 star hotels). Going to melb for the cricket test. After looking through other competitors we decided to try the southbank one apartments,pics on their one bedroom appt looked nice. i booked on the 9th of December arriving the 26th, rang the reservations in advance for a […] high floor room. Was given room 9012 1 floor facing the pool right in the corner. However completely the opposite, small crampy, bed was cheap and nasty complete sleeper hopeless. Couldnt have a decent sleep at all. Bathroom had a loose shower fitting, light blown, tells me straight away, apartments are not maintained well enough or the 1 bedroom apartments are neglected. Cheap and nasty blinds don't even keep the room dark at all, plus doesn't even cover all the windows for your privacy. Couch was like a kiddies couch uncomfortable. By the looks of it the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with the premium views receive all the maintenance up keeping while the others are very disappointing. The kitchen was spot on, the only good thing and the location. Since apartments are leased back to short stays the rooms need to be improved. Looks like i will be staying at 5 star hotels again. The usual thing now here in Australia Maximum Return on investment poor quality of hotels. Nice when they are new after a few years down they go, money isnt spent to maintain. Maybe you book with expedia you receive the cheaper rooms, who knows. Read more

Really nice place to stay and walking distance to Melbourne city . The only negative I have is that you can't book in at the desk in foyer (even though there is a peron there ) ..you have to cross a six lane highway in order to book in and checkout at their head office. Ren, moderne leilighet med fullt utstyr. God beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste. Tilgang til treningsrom, tennisbane, barbeque og svømmebasseng. Svømmebassenget så imidlertid lite innbydende ut, møkkete, grått vann som ikke så ut til å ha blitt renset på evig lang tid. Parkeringsmuligheter i samme bygg - mot avgift. Internett burde vært inkludert […] i prisen, men det er visst vanlig å ta betalt for dette i Australia. Dagligvare vegg i vegg. Her hadde de det meste. Moderne og ren leilighet med to bad, to soverom og ekstra seng var ideell for vår familie på fem. Den var utstyrt med det meste en trenger for å gjøre oppholdet komfortabelt, og vi savnet ikke noe. Velutstyrt kjøkken la til rette for selvhushold slik at ikke alle måltider måtte nytes ute. Beliggenhet kun en liten gangtur fra sentrale Melbourne. ホテルに泊まりたい人にはお勧めできません。 完全にアパート（コンドミニアム）ですので、フロントがありません。チェックインは別の事務所です。夜８時までしか事務所は開いていないので、私は８時過ぎに着いたら、警備員しかいませんでした。警備員が親切にしてくれましたが、英語が苦手だときびしいと思います。 ５泊して一度も清掃に来ませんでした。もちろんタオルもそのままです。 以前同じメルボルンで泊まったアパートメントホテルとは雲泥の差です。ロケーションはまあまあです。６人で検索したらここしかなかったので、しかたなかったのですが、ロケーションがいいだけに残念です。
