The toilet was running all the time. I asked for them to fix it while I was out and they did not get to it. When I got and complained they moved me to a very nice suite for the remainder of my stay. The staff was not overly friendly but they were professional.

The hotel pool is not opened on Mondays, and then it is only accesible if an employee is on hand to unlock the door. It was written to be opened at *Am, but never opened until after 9AM. The electronic keys are only valid for 24 hours, and then you must have them recertify your room key every evening. Ther is no air conditioning outside of the rooms, […] and thus very muggy leaving your room and walking around the hotel. I and another guest were wrongly charged for various items in our minibar, and asked to pay an astounding fee for the items we never used. The maids and minibar attendant knock once and then barge in the room to do their appointed duties. The only complaint about this hotel was that at one point my key/card stooped working and I had to have a staff person let me in my room every time. Other than that, the place was nice, not much English spoken for this gringo, but they also do not get a lot of English speaking Guests, so I should speak more Spanish if i want to hang out in Colombia. The […] restaurant was very nice and as with the rest of the Hotel, the service was excellent, I could not get the wi-fi to work in my phone and there was a team of staff members taking their time to try to get me logged in (my laptop connected fine so it was the phone's fault that did not connect). I had the best sauce on a steak they made in the restaurnat, and the pace has a real formal feel to the service. This was an excellent place for for the price, and pretty good overall. We were stunned for the room we got. My kids were so excited and sad because it was just for one night. The people at the beauty salon were so nice and willing to accept walk in costumers, even it was Christmas evening. We really will come back at this hotel.

MUY IMPORTANTE PARA LOS ADMINISTRADORES DEL HOTEL, QUE SI TENIENDO DOS TORRES UNA NUEVA Y OTRA VIEJA, QUE ACOMODEN A SUS CLIENTES EN LA TORRE NUEVA Y REMODELEN LA TORRE VIEJA, PUES TIENEN MUCHOS PROBLEMAS DE MANTENIMIENTO TALES COMO PINTURA Y EQUIPOS DEL GIMNASIO QUE ESTAN PARA BOTAR A LA BASURA.

Nuestra corta estadía en el hotel, se ajustó a nuestra expectativas de descanso, destacando la amplitud y comodidad de la habitación que nos fue asignada. Sin embargo, la concesión que tienen del servicio de salón de belleza deja mucho que desear respecto a la calidad profesional de sus empleados.

La ubicación del Hotel es buena, el Restaurante tiene un buen menu y no es caro, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y el servicio de las personas que trabajan en el Hotel es de muy buena calidad.

gente muy amable en todo servicio. Solo diria q' le hicieran saber al viajero el problema de la llave de la habitacion con la imprenta estando alrreves me tarde casi 30 minutos tratando de decifrar como abrir la puerta y no fui el unico con ese detalle; pero en gral todos los empleados amables. Gracias a kike el taxista q' me llevava y me traia. A+

Al salir del hotel hacia el aeropuerto, en uno de los taxis que prestan servicio diariamente allá, se me cayó la cámara denro del taxi sin darme cuenta. Al día siguiente llamé al hotel y tras el informarles que posiblemente se había quedado en el taxi, lo contactaron y la cámara fué devuelta intacta, pues el taxista la había encontrado pero no sabía […] a cuál de los clientes pertenecía. Em 2011, eu e meu marido passamos o carnaval em Barranquilla, quando o preço de hospedagem é estratosférico. Escolhemos o Howard Johnson pela relação custo/benefício. O hotel é muito bom e o grupo de funcionários eficiente. Apesar de não ficar na região mais bonita da cidade, Alto Prado, ficamos satisfeitos com a estadia.

We had like a suite for 4 people so room was ok Breakfast is horrible Gym is ok swimming pool on the rooftop Very noisy when you are close to the garage Location is very bad nothing to do Carnival is awful nothing to see Clubs full of ugly ladies and prostitutes
