Hotel was mediocre in my opinion. Only experienced 3 staff members in our 1 night stay & 2 of them were very courteous & helpful. The night clerk was pleasant but didn't seem caring when he told me the pool was closed for maintenance. That being said I was extremely bothered that there wasn't some sort of posting online to disclose that information […] since I was traveling with my family & the 1 thing my kids were most excited about was swimming:( Elevator floor was in need of vacuuming & our bathroom wasn't sparkling, but hotel was quiet & breakfast was good. The location was a bit far from the town not horrible but not in walking distance. I really only chose the hotel cause it was a Hampton Inn & usually they are good &the price was right but we canceled our 2nd1 night stay &2work moved where there was a pool. The staff was fully understanding of our frustration & were willing to accommodate us by getting approval from another hotel to allow us to come swim but as I said they weren't all that close to town & it would have been very inconvenient. So hotel was ok but we ended up much happier where we moved to. Read more

Beautiful, new hotel. Warm, helpful staff. Fantastic full breakfast. Quiet rooms. Rated comfort a 4 because pillows (typical of hotels) were quite mushy. Otherwise can't think of anything they can do better.

When I reserved my room, I requested a crib for my five-month-old infant. I called the front desk on Monday before our Friday night stay to confirm the crib. When we arrived at the hotel, at 10:00 p.m., we were told there was no crib for us. The assistant manager indicated that our "reservation" of a crib was no guarantee of a crib, and that they had […] only three cribs and had had six requests that day. The other gentleman working the front desk indicated that we had reserved a crib, and that the person assigning rooms earlier that day had messed up. This is a very clean hotel located conveniently close to highway. Hotel staff were very pleasant and willing to assist. I did notice, as compared to older Hampton Inns, that the rooms have been re-configured to a more narrow size with the desk and dressor on end of room adjacent to window. The hotel was right off the highway. We were just passing through and needed somewhere to sleep. They served breakfast and you couldn't beat the price. Older hotels in the city were just as expensive.

We chose this hotel based on reviews. Glad we read them, because we made a good choice deciding to stay here. I am assuming this hotel is relatively new because it was very clean and really modern. The breakfast was good and staff friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay there again when traveling through the area.

This hotel was great, especially for the price. It is brand new (opened in June 2010?) and there are lots of modern touches in the furnishings. We liked that there were a lot of electric outlets at the desk & on the nightstand for computers & cellphones. Also, the breakfast area is very attractive, & the food (scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, fresh […] fruit, & more) was very good. Great stay at a reasonable price. My wife threw a fit when I told her I booked a room at another hotel , so we booked at Hampton Inn. The hotel was only one month old and super clean!
