this was my second time staying at the hotel. Every time I encounter minor problems with the plumbing/overall set up with the bathroom: either drain doesn't work well or shower had has nothing be hung on you need to hold it with one hand. Staff is fairly friendly and there was no problem getting picked up and checking in at 2 am. Rooms have no air conditioning. The room was very nice and modern, with a lcd tv, free wifi, great bathroom, and just roomy and comfortable in general, but not air conditioned. The employees were very helpful and friendly(not always something you can count on in that area) and most could speak good english. They went out of their way to make my stay as nice as possible and I was very happy with everything. Make sure you take advantage of the massage service, $25 for a great massage, well worth it, especially at 4am! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would return there if I was in Kiev again (only 5 minutes from the airport, and they have a shuttle service). We had a luxury 2-bedroom suit on a 3rd (top) floor and the hotel did not have an elevator. Our bags were pretty heavy. We had to ask for an iron and an ironing board and then return them. At the very arrival, our little kid broke two glasses in the hotel room. When we tried to pay for the damage, the personnel refused to take the money. They said that glasses were broken by a child, not intentionally, and for this reason they won't charge us. This gesture from their side impressed us! Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта Борисполь, что делает его удобным для транзитных пассажиров. Мы останавливались в отеле по дороге из Москвы в Рим. Прилетели в Борисполь в 23 часа и на городском такси за 10 минут добрались до отеля. За такси заплатили Российскими рублям и обошлось нам это в 800 рублей. Очень дорого. Как позже выяснили в отеле […] есть служба доставки, стоимость которой в несколько раз дешевле. Утром в аэропорт уже добирались транспортом отеля. Расчитаться в отеле возможно только украинскими гривнами или евро, российские рубли к оплате не принимают. Мы снмали номер люкс на 3 человек. В номере две большие комнаты. Двухспальная кровать в одной комнате, также телевизор. В другой комнате диван, стол, два кресла. В нашем номере было очень холодно, температура 17-18 градусов и исправить это не получилось. 1) Habe über Portale Hotel Borispol gesucht und wurde aber immer auf Korona umgeleitet, oder es gab nur Korona für Airport Hotel, wie bei Expedia. Es gibt aber auch das Hotel Borispol, das viel näher am Airport ist und billiger und auch netter, habe aber nicht geschafft, es online zu buchen (es wurde mir von jemand empfohlen und ich habe es auch ausprobiert, […] da ich auf der Hinreise meinen Anschluss nicht geschafft habe und die Airline uns dort untergebracht hat). 2) Habe aus D angerufen und gesagt wann ich komme. Anwort, ich sollte in Kiew anrufen und würde abgeholt. Bei der Ankunft war es dann eine gro0e Verwirrung und dauerte relativ lang, bis jemand kam und sie sagten, sie hätten nicht gewußt, wann ich komme. Der Transport hat dann nochmal 140 Ukrainer gekostet. 3) Das Zimmer war in einem äußerst ungemütlichen, aber wohl modernen, braun frisch gestrichen, es roch unangenehm nach Farbe. Also musst ich das Fenster offenlassen, trotz des Kraches, Der Lärmpegel war erheblich, Lärm nicht nur von der Autobahn, sondern auch von der Lüftung im Hotel. 4) Das Hotel war ein paar Kilometer vom Airport weg und ein unschönes Haus, das von außen einer Baustelle glich. Also: Korona ist mies und zu empfehlen ist Hotel Borispol, direkt am Airport. Read more

Hotel und Zimmer sind sauber, wirken aber etwas dunkel und sehr kalt weil sogar die Wände braune Fliesen haben und die Fenster sehr klein sind. Aber wer ein günstiges Hotel nahe am Flughafen sucht ist hier richtig. Zum Urlaub machen würde ich es nicht empfehlen weil in dieser Umgebung nicht viel los ist, dafür ist es billiger als die Hotels in Kiew. […] Mit Bus und Zug ist man etwa in 45 Minuten in Kiew. Das 24 Stunden Restaurant im Hotel ist wirklich super :-) Ich hatte meine Freundin dabei somit gab es auch keine Sprachprobleme.
