The only thing I didn't like was the elevator, it was old and slow and made me a little nervous. The hotel itself was very large, rooms were clean and spacious, great view, pool, hot tub, patio area with a grill and tables, overall a great place to stay and good value for the money.

I cannot say anything postiive other than it was very close to the boardwalk. The price for the room was obsene for the condition of this hotel. The room had mold, rust, dirty floors, dilapidated bathroom and room, you could hear the music from the bars downstairs and locally into the early hoursof the morning and we were on the 7th floor. What this place has got is location. It's barely a block to the boardwalk and the pier. The 3-double-bed suite was handy for traveling families because the two bedrooms are separated by a shared bathroom. The beds are extremely hard, which at least beats lumpy. The towels were small. The floors are tile, which isn't particularly cozy but makes sense […] in a beach climate. The pool didn't look especially appealing, but the weather was overcast and so I didn't consider swimming. The elevators were very slow. The attached all-you-can-eat restaurant, where we ate breakfast, was fairly priced but nothing special. There is nothing luxurious about this hotel. However, I'd return because of the location, the two bedrooms, and the fact that this was one of the few hotels which accepted a Saturday-night-only reservation. Read more

I had to wait for 1 hr for my room to be cleaned (after 3pm check-in time) and the answer I got for when the room will be ready is "Whenever she is done". Not a ounce of regret from the lady at the reception for the poor management. The comforter sheets was justed dusted, I do not believe they changed the comforter. Horrible! The location of the Hotel is excellent!! very close to the beach, also, there is free parking at the hotel and they fixed an issue with the room's door as soon I notified them.,My observations to the hotel are: they need to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and the entire room. The sheets were dirty, lights in the bedroom did not work! The staff were really rude, the front desk clerk told my pregnate wife that there were no bathrooms in the lobby she can use! She aske where the closes one was and the clerk said she doesnt know, even though there was a bathroom right on the next floor where.

This hotel was overrated. We had a 2-room suite, but only one of the TVs got more than one channel, and neither got he channels indicated on the Channel Guide. Brown water came out of the bathtub faucet when I turned it on. The microwave didn't work. The only toiletries were the little bars of soap. There was no iron or ironing board. I've been comming to Wildwood since I was in my early teens. The many places I have stayed in the past were very good. However staying at the Beach Terrace is deffinetly the way to go. Its location is perfect to walk to resturants, and the boardwalk is right across the street.

Great view of the boardwalk, and nice personnel, but there was a problem where it appeared high schoolers there for prom were running amuck. I had to call the desk in order to ask them to take care of the situation. How they did not hear the kids screaming and yelling off the terrace is beyond me. Anyway, beware of young guests under 25.

Rooms had 3 double beads which consisted of a wood platform with a extrmely hard mattress on them. Very uncomfortable. Refridgerator was very filthy. Rest of the room was pretty clean. I guess for the location and price i got what i paid for.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms are old and deteriorating. The maid service was spotty. Although it was relatively clean (not spotless but not bug-infested either), the room and its furnishings had obviously not been updated since the 80s.
