"Times Square Nugget"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.
"Consistency. You can depend on it."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.

We had a very good time and the hotel was close to work.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance to subway for access to Manhattan (take the 7 or E and you can get to grand central, times square, penn station). Just a few blocks to local restaraunts. The room was very clean, excellent staff, free shuttle to subway. Overall an excellent place to stay if your touring new york city. One note, if you are considering a "view room" save your money, the view is obstructed by a number of taller buildings (the hotel is only 7 floors). Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely stay again, especially at the rate because of the new hotel discount. If you plan to take a cab from the hotel call one yourself because the service the hotel uses charges a flat rate to specific areas and you can get a cab on your own for cheaper generally.
"Nice hotel in the theatre district"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012

"Nice Stay, Terrible Food"
As long as you are willing to eat away from the hotel, the Sheraton Tribeca is a welcome addition to the area. I like the lobby, the beds are great, and the staff are terrific. The coffee shop and morning fare is the worst I have ever had in a NY hotel. Powdered eggs - really?

"Great hotel staff"
Very helpful staff. Hotel has easy access to subways. If you are scared by shady looking surroundings, this isn't for you. The street it is on is not so great, but one block over is fine. We never felt unsafe.
"Very Happy"
Good deal. Good service
Brand New, Great Location, Easy to walk all around SOHO, Tribecca, Little Italy & China Town!

"Overall good stay, but lame window in our room"
Hotel was fine, overall, rating a 4 in virtually every category. Only issue...our room had a very small 'corner' window that allowed very little natural light. I suspect that the person working the counter assumed that we'd prefer that window, but in actually proved much smaller than the standard non corner windows in other rooms (based on my surmise […] from the street below). "Nice place to stay"
The Hotel was in a good area, very clean, and well kept. The staff was very helpful, from the front desk people, to the cleaning staff, to the bar tender. The location is near an excellent pizza place (Saluggi's) and the Tribeca Bagelry, which had a great selection and prices. We were also very close to the business district and China Town. I would […] definitely recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in NYC. Read more
"Sheraton Tribeca"
The room in this hotel was great, staff great, and location excellent. My one and only concern was the noise level of the people in the room next to me which I could hear at night and the doors slam every time you open and close them. Bit noisy in that regard, but I would stay here again. Staff were lovely and the place was exceptional in terms of modern […] and comfortable. You can walk to Little Italy and the shopping on Broadway is excellent and the mix of everyone being close to the Financial district, Brooklyn, and Soho is great. Read more
"Great hotel!"
Loved this hotel, my boyfriend and I are new Yorkers who needed a place to stay for a few nights while our apt was being renovated. This hotel was so well kept and clean that it felt just like home! The linens were very clean and the stand up shower in the bathroom was heaven. The room service food was really tasty even though they didn't have all of […] the listed food on the menu...probably because they keep there ingredients very fresh. Overall a great experience! "Wonderful time!!"

"Great staff"
I enjoyed my stay. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Shuttle service to subway station worked great. Free parking a fantastic benefit when you stay in the New York area.

"Great buy!"
From the money you can't beat it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfort. King beds are a dream. And the staff was very nice and anxious to make the it a great stay. Only downside is that the internet in the room is not free although it is in the lobby/bar.

"Excellent Stay At Sheraton Tribeca"
My mother and I stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca in February 2012. We stayed for eight nights and were very pleased with the hotel. It is a new property, only a little over a year old. The decor is modern and the service excellent. It is very convienent to the subway lines, which we utilized. The location was great as it was near Little Italy and China […] Town, where we enjoyed many great meals. The room was small, but that is to be expected in NYC. The room was well appointed and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with wonderful linens, and the hotel was very quiet which is a real plus when staying in the city. Thank you to all the staff at Sheraton Tribeca who made our trip to New York City wonderful! Read more
"Nice & Comfy"
Really nice and great sound barrier. We were across from an elevator bank and didn't hear anything from our room. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable accommodations. The guy who assists with attractions was phenomenally helpful for our first-time visit to NYC!
"Good location"
The Sheraton was in a perfect location for us to explore Tribeca. The rooms are a bit small, but OK for us. The only problem we had was there was very high wind when we were there and the wind 'whistled' all night and we did not get much sleep. I don't know if this was because of the location of our room or if there was a defect in the window. Otherwise, […] a very good visit. Read more
"Sheraton Tribeca! fantastic location for any trip!"

"A quick but very comfortable stay"
We stayed only one night at the Sheraton Tribeca but we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The room, though small, was well appointed, clean and nicely updated. The temperature controls were updated as well and we were able to make the room as warm or cool as we wished within a degree or two. We felt it was […] a great value through hotels.com and would recommend it to anyone. Read more

"Good hotel"
It was clean and comfortable
Great hotel. I would recommend to everyone.
"Great location."
Great choice if you want to stay downtown. Extremely close to Wall Street ($6 by taxi). Right by SOHO for shopping, Little Italy and Chinatown for food. 2 blocks from the subway. Rooms are kinda small, but comfy.
"Great Hotel"
My stay at the Sherton was just perfect in everyway. The convience of getting to Mulberry St. was a perfect location. Getting up the next morning and going to brunch in a nearby restaurant was great. I can't wait to go back to this hotel again. Hopefully very soon
"Sheraton Tribeca Hotel."
Someone stole my bag while i was having breakfast and no one cares in the hotel. I went to talk to the people who works there and they really dont care about it. I expected at least some peocupation, apology, everything.

"Good Tribeca destination"
My daughter lives a few blocks away and this is a very nice alternative to expensive boutique hotels in the area. It's easy enough to spend money on restaurants...
"The Hustle & Bustle of Canal Street & Tribeca"
Although our room was noisy because it overlooked Canal Street, my wife and I enjoyed the noise and vibrance of the neighborhood. Brought back old memories of our own childhood urban upbringing. Anybody else who would need a room change, I'm sure the hotel would accomodate them. We had a great time there, and would go back in a heartbeat.

"Sheraton in TriBeCa - Expensive"
It was extremely nice, and frankly should be for the price for one night in a surprisingly small room with a king sized bed. This Sheraton was compact, which is probably do to it's prime location near the upscale TriBeCa area. However, during my stay there was some sort of Fire Alarm that went off, and for hours after Firemen came and went (I know they […] left because I was waiting to use the elevator) they would make loud announcements in the hallway telling people to carry on with their evenings. These announcements continued till around 2:30 am. Perhaps the best way to carry on with out activities would have been NOT to keep announcing that everything was fine. The room was more cramped than I expected, even with the fact that it is a city hotel in mind, however, it was extremely clean and I'd stay again if I got a better deal. One last warning, the hotel bar prices are OUTRAGEOUS I bought a round of drinks for two friends and myself and it was over 50 dollars with tip. Read more

"Very Convenient"
Great place, but a lot of traffic noise if you're looking onto Canal street. Not much you can do about that....
"service sketchy"
Hotel was fine, neighborhood was fabulous. Service was a problem. Shower leaked, we reported it, they did nothing. We followed up and they suggested we point the shower away from the door! I asked for an upgrade, they agreed, but then failed to move our bags to the new room after waiting for hours, and other similar problems. Location is fabulous, would […] look for a better place next time Read more
"Very pleased with the accommodations"
We were looking for a soho location and this fit the bill.. Clean, adequate size, comfortable room. Enjoyed the complementry NY Times, coffee bar, Internet access. We are 60 something and it was refreshing to be surrounded by 30 something tech savvy crowd. Very pleasant staff. Over all great find.
"Great hotel, just be aware of the extras!"
Great hotel and location (the main area of Chinatown was only an 8 minute walk). Hotel staff was very professional and informative for restaurants and activities, just be aware of the extras: room internet was $10/day, parking ran between $50-65/day (depending on the size of your vehicle). Only thing I didn't like in the room was the heating/air unit, […] that blows on you while sleeping, and you have to block the air off somehow (did it with the curtain), but otherwise, a great stay.
