I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. I need a outlet near my bed , the staff brought me up an extension cord. I will stay again.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is very good as it is only two short pedestrian blocks from the centre. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and have great views. The wireless Internet was very fast and reliable with consistent speeds of 4 Mbps throughout the stay. This is incredible for a hotel Wi-Fi. Hotel Dalí Plaza was the perfect choice for my stay in Guadalajara. First, it's cheaper than any similar hotels that I saw. For the price there are so many better hotels. For one, do not think about staying here if you've got a bad back or have trouble sleeping. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The remodeled rooms are exactly like the pictures. Very new, clean, and comfortable. There are no weird smell or stains. Well worth the price. Few things to note: There is no outlet in the bathroom. Overall my experience at this hotel was pleasant. I stayed on the 8th floor and the view was spectacular. What I didn't like was the fact that the A/C did not work. and the wireless internet did not work in my room.

I did not have high expectations for this hotel, but I was looking for something at a reasonable price and good location. This is by no means a 4-star hotel, but for the price you're paying it's good value. The best aspects of this hotel are the central location, nearby grocery store, and amazing rooftop terrace (which no one will mention it, but just […] walk up the stairs to the 9th floor, and there is a door to the roof which offers 360 panoramic views of the city. Great place to have a beer at night, or just look around and take photographs. I don't think anyone knew we went up there, or if they cared, but we kept it on the DL and never had an issue. What irked me the most was the lack of internet. Nothing in the rooms, and very shoddy internet in the lobby. Second to that was lack of any service. The maids barely did anything in the rooms but take out the trash and make the beds, I noticed the floors became pretty dirty for example. The desk clerks were not particularly communicative or helpful. The breakfast buffet looked about 20 years old. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten bei der Kathedrale. Allerdings ist es deshalb auch zu etwas Lärm kommen. Störend hab ich dies allerdings nur morgens empfunden. Free Wi-Fi, hat auch im Hotelzimmer funktioniert. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.
