      This was a great stay. The room was huge and comfortable with a nice canopy bed, plenty of storage, and a nice TV. View was amazing as we could see the ocean from our 3rd floor room. The bathroom was very large with a giant tub that easily fit 2. The shower was lovely and a nice size, though the water pressure could of been a bit better. The location of this hotel was perfect. We came in at Edinburgh Waverly and several buses (5, 44, 113, 24X) all stop RIGHT in front of the hotel. There is an ASDA (walmart super store) with a wonderful breakfast cafe about 10 minutes walk. Porto Bella is about 15 minutes away which is a gorgeous little beach front area with an amazing cafe in the swim center that makes homemade food. The bus will get you into Edinburgh in about 30-45 minutes. Edinburgh castle, Arthur's seat, the Parliament, etc is all there. One of the best hotels I have stayed in at a great price. The Bistro, Bar and Restaurant downstairs were good but very expensive.

I had no access to a printer, so was allowed to use the one in the office and on my last day, after I had checked out, was allowed to sit in the breakfast room with free access to their wireless.     Made to feel welcome on arrival. Room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, good location. Breakfast included was good, although service was average, will put it down to the server being painfully shy rather than inattentive.

    Vi hadde bestilt et rom til 4 - to voksne og to ungdommer. Fikk et lite mørkt kjellerrom, med lite utluftemuligheter, og ingen aircondition. Rommet var mye mindre og mørkere og mye dårligere enn bildene på nettsiden. Ved spørsmål om å bytte rom fikk vi ikke det med begrunnelsen om at det var fullt. Men skiltet med ledige rom ble satt opp og sto oppe […] hele oppholdet. Gjestehuset hadde ikke noe oppholdsrom slik at om man ville være på hotellet og slappe av litt måtte man sitte på rommet sitt. Stedet hadde heller ikke noe opplegg for å gi service - kun ei lukket dør med et skilt som det sto "management" på som man måtte banke på i om man ville snakke med noe. Kaldt og trist opplegg for oss som ville besøke en fin by. Prisen for rommet var altfor høy ift den verdien det hadde. Stedet anbefales unngått på det sterkeste. Read more

    Veldig fint hotell med vakre rom, god komfort og relativt stille nabolag. God frokost som var inkludert i prisen og rett ved Princes Street - den største handlegaten i Edinburgh. Ikke langt unna Old Town heller. God service!

    Very nice hotel, very nice rooms - they seem to be newly restored and clean, the staff was also very nice and helpfull. The location of the hotel is just perfect, in city centre. We had a very nice stay and will defenatly stay at this hotel again!
