This place was close to the airport, the front desk was very helpful and friendly and gave us a Geneva transport pass so we could freely get to the airport the next morning. It's convenient and located just off the Rue de Lausanne which has a fair amount of restaurants and bars and is about 500m from the train station. Rooms were quite nice, the showers are a little weird with a half glass but overall it worked really well for us.

The room was comfortable and clean. You could not beat the location and the view from the lake view rooms!!! It was a very memorable and very enjoyable visit!!! I can not say enough about the hotel and the hotel staff. The staff spoke many different languages which made interacting with them a breeze. Great hotel! I do plan on returning to it in the future!!!!!

Wonderful staff, very helpful. My wife broke her dental retainer the day we were leaving for Zermatt, the staff found her a dentist, made the appointment, and we were on our way within a couple hours, they were so wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The expense of the hotel and Geneva in general is a little shocking, but rate we got through Hotels.com was amazing. Way to go hotels.com!

Nice hotel, was upgraded to a junior suite. Interesting location, as a block away is the red light district but really not an issue.

We needed a place not too far from the Geneva Airport for my husband and myself and our adult son for one night at the beginning of our trip ans one night at the end. This was an excellent place. We had a mini suite for a very reasonable price. There is a large supermarket/mall not too far and their shuttle brought us there. We made a late supper and […] early breakfast in the room. Even had a dishwasher!! Only thing to remember--you MUST notify them beforehand to arrange for the free shuttle to and from airport or points nearby. We had to take a taxi who couldn't find it--50Euro. It is next to a Holiday Inn, better known for reference point for drivers because it is just over the border from Switzerland, in France. The people at the desk were always very helpful. We returned from our ski holiday at 9:30 am and they let us check in early which gave us time to take a quick trip into Geneva. Bus and tram are a bit of a nuisance if their shuttle isn't available, so plan ahead. Read more

Great hotel, stayed in one of their studio rooms. Great Italian restaurant next door. Little bit far from Geneva. Asked the woman on the desk for and iron and ironing board and she gave me an iron and said she couldn't find the board. Tough. Thanks.
