      This complaint may still be sent to the hotel management for incorrectly charging me for a coffee cup breakage as that of a whiskey glass. At check-out, I told the desk clerk what my my wife had accidentally dropped on the floor was a coffee cup, not a whiskey glass, to no avail.

    E' in buona posizione e tutti sono gentili. Ho avuto qualche problema al checkin perchè sono arrivato di sera tardi e alla reception c'era solo un ragazzo che non parlava inglese e non sapeva cosa fosse Expedia, voleva farmi pagare il conto un'altra volta!!
