Very nice room for the price we paid. Room was spacious and kitchennette is a plus! Close to all major places that we wanted to go: 5th avenue, Juarez avenue, Walmart, ADO station, colectivo station, good restaurants. Had a great time!

We spent 6 nights in this hotel in their royal club section. Overall it was a positive experience. The hotel personel was friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the management of the hotel should pay more attention for small details. For example, addition of Wi-Fi serveice would be a nice touch.

Situated on a Playa del Carmen beach, this all-inclusive hotel is close to Playa Paraiso.

My wife and I are in our early 60's and went for 6 days here with two other couples of similar ages. Weather was fairly good - hot in high 80's and low 90's every day (Sept 4-10, 2011) and very little rain. Of course the pools were like bath water as well as the ocean (recommend they either throw some ice in the pools once in a while). They only have […] one pool with a little shade called the "quiet pool" which it was. Their salt water pool has a swim up bar but no other shade. Service and food was great at the hotel. Our favorite restaurant was Tony's Surf and Turf and least favorite was the Italian. Activities were available at any time. They had some great shows here. One night we went to the Maya hotel which is part of the complex. No AC in the theater and the mosquitoes were biting! Bring repellent at this time of year! We stayed at the "Excellence" Hotel in 2009 in Puerto Mohares two years ago and had a great time there, too. We appreciated their pools since there was plenty of sun or shade (plus they had "floaties"). If we had to go again we would stay at the Excellence. Read more

Estuve con mi señora, 10 dias en Agosto 2011, es segunda vez que vamos, todo es de lo mejor, la comida de primera calidad el servicio tambien, una playa preciosa, una cancha de golf estupenda, 100% recomendable
