Mom Tri's Villa Royale - Phuket

My husband and I were blown away by the view from our balcony. The hotel is beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with tours and information. The grounds of the hotel were well-manicured. The breakfast was phenomenal.

I was here for a wedding and Katathani was booked all the way through our stay so we stayed here instead. If you are OK with spending the money then it's worth it, but for 3 people it was ~320 a night for alot of amenities that you'd expect from a 320/night hotel that didn't exist.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. We were in the Ocean Wing which consists of 5 studios. When we were there there was only one other couple, which made the divine infinity pool almost private. Stumbled upon hidden beaches and Rawai which is picturesque and mellow. Going North takes you to Patong (about 30 min by scooter). Kata is the area to be in if you want a little of the touristy part but also some privacy and quiet. If you are looking for a bustling nightlife and clubs, stay in Patong. Really enjoyable experience. I travelled alone and only stayed 2 nights but it was just the relax I needed before heading elsewhere. Location is excellent. I had read a lot of very complimentary reviews of Mom Tri's Villa Royale so we went there with high expectations. In terms of the hotel experience it lived up to those expectations with only a couple of minor areas that could have been improved upon. We stayed in the Beach wing (which is a bit of a misnomer as it actually sits up on the headland). This […] is probably the most basic accommodation at the hotel but it was very good indeed; spacious, atmospheric (with a modern take on traditional Thai decor including timber panelled walls, high quality gilt filigree motifs and artwork) and extremely well appointed. While the rooms are starting to show their age they are still very, very nice. The grounds are lovely, location excellent and the breakfast more than adequate. The staff were plentiful, attentive (but not intrusive) friendly and helpful...and thoughtful; one day we were just chilling out at the hotel and in and out of the room (or lounging on our brilliant verandah day bed) and didn't want the room serviced. No problem. We booked dinner at the on-site restaurant and the staff were thoughtful enough to service the room and turn the beds down (with the flowers and chocolates of course) while we were at dinner. This kind of service is rare. The minor issues were that the tiling in the salt water pool needed to be cleaned more often, and the restaurant didn't live up to expectations. The Thai menu was fairly bland and very westernised and the European food just OK. Read more

The area of Kata Noi was recommended to us by a friend and we were so happy we discovered and then stayed at Mom Tri's. The location is great - just above a beautiful quiet beach, but within a few minutes walk of the southern end of the main Kata Beach area. So you have the best of both worlds. The staff could not have been more helpful and more friendly. […] Of course they are not native English speakers so it is important to be aware of that, but we did not find it caused any issues. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The beds are HUGE. A delivery of fresh cake every afternoon was a lovely touch. The restaurant is top class both in terms of quality and service. Mom Tri's villa lived up to all expectations. Although not as shiny and new as some of the larger resorts, its location cannot be beaten and it feels like staying at someone's own villa, with all the personal service and attention to detail you could need. I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.

アジアンリゾートのホテルとしては、総合的に見て優れている。特に到着時のレイ（生花のリング）やウェルカムドリンクのサービス、部屋へのフルーツの提供、ベッドやタオルに花びらが添えられる等、細かい気遣いが感じられる。バスルームが居室から見渡せるのも、慣れて来ると便利。残念だったのは、訪れた時はビーチの波が高く、荒れていて、スノーケリングができなかった事と、部屋に歯ブラシが常備されていなかった事くらい。今回は2泊でしたが、次回は1週間くらい滞在したい。

8月末から9月頭にかけて滞在。到着後最初3日は朝から雨でしたので、ほとんどホテル内で過ごしました。と言っても、スパとレストランぐらいしか時間を潰せ所は有りません。ジムは非常に狭いスペースにマシンが置いて有るだけでした。勿論天気が良ければ何の問題も有りません。小さいですが海水プールと普通のプールが有ります。ビーチにもホテルから直接下りられます。 カタの中心までは坂を下って10分位歩きます。トゥクトゥクもタクシーも東京並に高いので、注意です。ガソリンの値上がりが原因だとか。。。 ホテルのレストランは味は美味しいです。サービスも良い。値段は街の5倍から10倍は覚悟です。サービスも良い。目の前に水平線を見ながら贅沢な食事は1回ぐらいは想い出にお勧め。 スパ値段は高め。施術は普通。値段を考えると […] ホテル外にいくらでも有るので、送迎付きで気に入った所を探す事をお勧めします。 Read more

Отелем это сложно назвать. Номеров очень мало, все они с видом на море. Территория небольшая, но очень продуманная. У нас был совершенно обалденный сьют (подозреваю, что все номера в отеле сьюты) с огромной террасой и диваном на ней. Терраса находилась на расстоянии 10 метров от моря и каждую ночь мы спали слушая шум волн разбивающихся об камни. В отеле […] изумительный ресторан. Ресторан относительно других тайских ресторанов дорогой, но на уровне московских ресторанов. Столики вечером надо резервировать, т.к. он очень популярен и туда специально приезжают из других мест. Каждый день приносили кондитерские комплименты от шеф-повара. На территории несколько бассейнов, один из с морской водой. Пляж Ката Ной небольшой, красивый и практически безлюдный, т.к. окружают его только две дорогие пятерки и комплекс де-люкс вилл. Тем не менее, на пляже постоянно находятся спасатели, представлен ассортимент всяких принадлежностей для плавания в море в аренду. На завтраках выбор небольшой, но все очень качественное. Read more
