I stayed here in Feb 2013 -- so, this is the real-meal-deal. I am a die-hard skier/traveler who travels 200,000 miles per year and stays at many 5 stars in many cities. Here's what I love about Le Poste in Tzoumaz: these people care!!!! Thiebaud is a gem; the dining room manager makes a huge difference. The food is very good, costs 50% of what similar Verbier meals cost without the "faux posh" attitude. Just like going home for dinner. Let's see: I slept well, drank well, ate well and felt welcome. All I ever ask for. Stay here....stay awhile...I will go back. Verbier rocks...and I live in Boulder, CO., just skied Silverton yesterday and will ski Vail within the week, however, this trip haunts me. It was wonderful, Luis

This is a great, great, GREAT hotel! My whole family loved it, The staff was really helpful and cool with us! The view is awesome, the surrounding is beautiful, great kitchen, great dorm rooms, excellent bathroom....We were in the last floor, which was a little bit tiring to put all our stuff in and the roof was a little bit low, we hit our heads a couple of times, LOL, but was part of the charming of the place... Book it! is worth it!!! :)

Great hotel. Amazing location. Walking distance to anywhere in downtown Chamonix area. Very happy with our stay. My only complaint is that the building... is not sound proofed very well. The loud clunking of ski boots in the AM was a little bothersome. But it acted as a good wake up call to get up and get out to ski some fresh pow. All in all, great place. Ideal location - quiet place in the town centre, close to shopping street. Good swimming pool, saunas and hamam. It is best to stay in the Mont Blanc building to get to the wellness center without having to step outside. Two bathrooms in the room - one en-suite, one split. Room comfort is compromised by a very narrow entrance area and the corridor - […] rather small for one, let alone family of four. One of the bedrooms is also very small - add several centimiters to the dimensions of the double bed (quite big and comfy by the way) and you'll get the idea. This drawback is somewhat compensated by plenty of smart storage space around - enough to space all skiing clothes, gadgets etc. Another feature, quite common for many hotels,is the severe lack of light and sockets. The classic Bill Bryson's 20Wt lamp is very much the case here. Read more

when I reach the hotel @ 9 Pm the hotel doors were closed and the reciption are leaving @ 8 PM. the left the room keys on the box outside the hotel and it took me one hour trining to get to my room trying top solve this buzzle. the rooms are good but there is no resturant in the hotel.

Bra läge inne i stan men knappt gångavstånd till någon lift och mycket folk på skidbussarna. Lägenheterna små men fina. Gratis internet fungerade inte alls så man fick betala extra för detta. Garage fanns också att tillgå mot extra avgift, skönt med "egen" parkeringsplats hela veckan. Möjlighet att behålla lägenheten lite längre på avresedagen mot ytterligare […] extra avgift. Besvikelsen var poolen och SPA avdelningen. Rätt liten, kall pool. Mycket folk. Två stycken miniatyr små bastun (en var hamam dvs 45 grader) som för det mesta inte var på och JÄTTE dyra behandlingar. Trevlig och kunnig personal i receptionen. Fint lägenhetshotell men knappast prisvärt. För det priset hade vi förväntat oss mer och färre extraavgifter. Read more

Et utmerket sted med alt. Sentral beliggenhet, sauna, basseng ,trimrom og stille beliggenhet. Flotte leiligheter med alt. Praktisk innredning. Behjelpelig betjening som snakket engelsk. Kort vei til skiutleie, butikk og bakeri. Ca 250 meter å gå til skibussene.

il residence era bello,ma il personale non parlava l'italiano aanche se sono vicino al confine,ci hanno fatto pagare delle tasse che erano incluse nella prenotazione,attenti!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Samen met mijn vriend geweest voor 4 overnachtingen. We hebben genoten. Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De locatie is perfect. De kamers zijn zeer schoon. Ruim balkom. Helemaal goed. Zeker een aanrader.
