This property is just around the corner from the Blenheim Palace Gate. The B&B is above the tea room/shop on the main floor. Parking is limited on the street but we found a spot a half block down the street. Our room was very English, lots of florals with a Queen Bed. The bath was, a especially tight and the shower tiny with the electric water heater that puts out a very limited flow but we survived. We went down the street and had several great choices for dinner -- we chose pub. Breakfast in the morning was great and then we were off to Blenheim which was amazing.

I read some of the other reviews about this hotel and got a little nervous about what I was walking into. However, I found the hotel to be clean, staff to be friendly and location great. It is a 17th century building so the floors are a bit uneven; however, I think that's part of the experience of staying in a centuries old building. The rooms are modern with all the normal amenities- en suite bathroom, satellite TV, coffee maker. The location is great; it's within a short walking distance to the center of town. There you can find all the shopping, restaurants, pubs and historic buildings. I'd stay here again.

Lovely rooms, quality linens, excellent breakfast with locally produced food and a french press for fresh coffee at each table. Owner went out of her way to be welcoming and helpful. Good restaurant two doors down or a short walk into Burford. Safe parking for bicycles.

This hotel is situated in a lovely area of England! The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and accomadating. We loved the exercise room and pool. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't tell you about the food, but if it is of the quality of the rest of the hotel, I'm sure it is delicious!

"I can not give this place high enough reviews."
Marco was wonderful. The rooms were delightful. The breakfast was delicious and the town is like something out of a storybook. Nothing could be improved upon and if I ever go back to the Cotwalds region of the UK, I will go out of my way to stay here again.

"Broadlands guest house in bourton on the water"
Booked a luxury suite at this guest house for 1 night only, as a Cotswolds taster. Marco greeted us in a very friendly manner . He showed us to our suite , which was in a very tastefully built block in the courtyard/carpark which we were delighted with ! This guest house is very well looked after both inside and out . we were so impressed , we took […] several photos of it to show others. We arrived to a lovely smiling face of Marco and showed us our room. We had a couple of problems with our kettle and hair dryer and was exchanged straight away. The room was very clean. 予約時に多少高めなシングルサイズベッドが２つの部屋を予約したら，建物の最上階の部屋に案内された。寝室・居間・バスルームが独立していて見晴らしもよく快適だった。朝食も大変満足だった。 場所は川から通りを一本入った所で静かなところだった。

"コッツウォルツのすてきなゲストハウス"
ちょっと場所が分かりにくくて観光案内所で聞いた。地図みてもよく分からなくて迷ってたら、観光案内所の人が偶然迷ってる私を見つけてくれて教えてくれた。 受付の場所もよくわからなかったけどウロウロしてたらオーナーさんがでてきた。監視カメラに映ったら出てくるのかも。。 部屋は広くてきれい。朝ご飯食べるところがガラスばりだったけど部屋によってテーブルが決められてて、私はガラスばりじゃなくて薄暗いところだったので残念だった。
