The hotels is just next to the Marine drive, location is good. Generally good conditions and nice staff. Would recommend for a short stay when travel to India.

This hotel is past its best. Must have been magnificent in its heyday. However executive room was clean and of a good size, shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Great location....especially for the Wankhede stadium (we were there to see the Test match) and though the hotel is a bit 'dated' it is clean and comfortable. Great hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights. It's a 3 minute easy walk from Churchgate train station along a major road so very safe at any time of day or night. 1 minute walk to Marine Drive with views of the bay. The unique round restaurant makes it extremely easy to see from far so it's easy to walk your way back to the hotel after a day out. The hotel […] is also well known by the taxi drivers so they can easily get you home even if you have trouble communicating with them. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable! The furnishings and the room in general were quite luxurious. The only negative comment I would make is that I was not told in advance that the revolving restaurant at the top was closed for renovation so I didn't get a chance to eat there. Read more

Stay was over all comfortable. Staff are cordial and helpful particularly the front office staff who checked in us. Regarding the breakfast- more variety preferred.

The staff is not very knowledgable. I ask for a tourist information centre, a restaurant with good Indian food and an internet cafe. The answers were either I don't know or wrong. Their English is very basic. They are polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

functional, pleasant stay: slight problem with a recurrent toilet flush breakdown - and I couldn't work the TV - but otherwise no issues with the room itself wifi can only be purchased in 24-hour blocks, which I found impractical (550 rupees a time) - I would suggest that rates per hour should be offered
