An overnight stay, but would be happy to spend more time here. Only concern is no dining room breakfast. I hate eating breakfast alone in my room.

Excellent hotel.We had a suite that was huge,complete with full size table, mini-kitchen and two settees. Nearby restaurant was basic, food ordinary, drinks expensive, but the staff was good and the establishment was clean and family friendly. One strange sign was in the kitchen, with a threat of an additional AU$50 charge if we did not wash our cups. […] This wasn't mentioned anywhere else in the literature, so I'm not sure about the legality/enforce-ability of this.....we complied anyway, so I guess it works! Very quiet location, and close to the Lake and other restaurants etc. Read more

車がないと不便。Ballarat駅から歩いて20分以上。周辺に店舗はなく、朝食は事前に調達していく必要があります。湖まで１０分、ディナーはホテルのレストラン（朝は営業してません）も良さそうですが、湖畔にローカルフードを食べられるレストランがあります。喫煙場所は屋外に一箇所。パラソルと椅子が置かれています。部屋もバスルームも広々してますがシャワーブースのみ。レセプションは夜８時半～９時頃には閉まります。外観は古いモーテルですがカードキーで便利。内装も綺麗です。
