      The location is good. It is next to the subway, train,street cars and bus stop. It is easy to get to the down town or the castle from there. One big compliant is that on Hotel.com and the hotel web site it advertises the pool area. I went there for the first time 2 years ago and was told it was under repair. Returned 4 times since over a two year period and still no pool. One of the staff members told me there are no plans to repaired the pool. Fine but it should be taken off the advertisement.

      My second hotel stay in Budapest. Great place, clean, comfortable great service. I'll probably look for another next time, because Wifi was like $25 a day. C'mon! Its actually free at the pub across the street. Anyway, I stayed here because I felt like I got a good deal on the room, and its near a good shopping area. They do have great meeting facilities if you have a business group. Great views of the Chain Bridge and Palace!

      We spent two nights here. Everything was great except the wifi was very spotty, close to nothing, in our room. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was big and the bathroom was decent size as well.

    very nice hostel; great location (the Andrassy street); great ambiance; If you don't mind sharing the toilet and the bathroom with others, and you have a limited budget, this is the best choice. Plus the girl at the reception is very kind, she gave us a lot of pratical advises about budapest.
