Very nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Confidently close to bus depot if you want to take side day trip. But unfortunately it is a long 20 min walk to the heart of the city. Doing it once or twice would be fine, but more than that it is rough.

We were in Ciboure for 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight, and there was a... great view of the bay from the terrace. Clean room, modern bathroom. We could walk to St. Jean de Luz and explore the surrounding areas easily. Would definitely stay there again and hope to return soon. This hotel was fantastic but be sure to reserve a room with the ocean view. There are about four rooms that have an unbelieveable view of the ocean and the main portion of St. Jean-de-Luz. Without the view, the hotel is fine, but the view makes it wonderful. The staff, husband and wife (i think) spoke no english but were very nice and helpful when necessary.
