Great hotel and location. Front desk was fantastic and very customer focused. Dining experience wasn't great and the reason I can't rate them a 5.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My friend and I went with our kids and loved it! Ample space for all 6 of us. The kids (ages 4-8) had plenty of room to move about. Roof top hot tubs were excellent. The proximity of the hotel was great. I'll definitely be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Beautiful room with lots of space. We had a view of the mountain...should have stayed longer!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Easy access to skiing and amenities"
Late spring ski trip; easy access to the gondola or beginners' lifts for a bit of practice before heading higher up the mountain. Luxurious accommodations; quiet; everything needed for living / eating in -- but too close to great restaurants to cook for oneself. Easy walking distance to everything needed. We used the hotel shuttle one time to the City […] Market before we found the restaurants and stores just beside the Ptarmigan (10 minute walk with no hurry). Highly recommended for skiing. We travel the world and seldom return to any location. This is one to which we would return. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great 3 bedroom villa"
Beautiful room, great ski location, friendly staff but not always the best service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT"
The villa was spacious with great views of the mountain. The beds were very comfortable, with nice linens. It was very quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and other nightlife, as well as being a short drive from downtown. We have stayed at several different locations in Steamboat and the Sheraton Villas ranks at the top.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful villa step up from standard hotel room"
We were at property for conference but selected villa so we could entertain clients and grab a breakfast and quiet dinner one night. Bonanza was start of pro cycling race right under balcony and a concert next night even with rain. Recommend for that little extraGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. Asked person at check-in about onsite restaurants and was told a guide was in the villa. Not so. Housekeeping rings the doorbell just after 8:00 to clean. A little early I thought. Forgot the do not disturb sign. Then before 10:00 I get a call that check out is 10:00 and the room is rented and they need […] to clean it. I looked at my confirmation that states 11:00 and check in at 4:00. I'm annoyed by that call considering the cost per night for a three bedroom villa. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Arrived early, checked in and enjoyed. The room service was good , plenty to do.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful accommodations, close to everything"
Unfortunately, we were only at the Sheraton, Steamboat Springs for two nights. Our villa was beautiful, more than enough room for the four adults. Fully equipped, clean and well thought out. Easy access to the parking garage and hotel amenities.Genuine Expedia guest review
We had a great experience at this hotel. We booked a 2 Bedroom Villa (spend the extra and book a Villa - its worth it) We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa when we arrived. The room was great. Plenty of room for everyone. Friendly hotel staff. The hotel is close to food and shopping. The hotel offers a free shuttle downtown that was really great.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Steamboat villa was very nice"
We stayed in the three bedroom villa. There was plenty of space, a good kitchen, nice beds and great view. The staff was nice and accommodating. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the matter suite had a really nice Jacuzzi and shower. I would definitely stay again. The only complaints i have are- the only parking is a lot and it can be tricky to get a […] spot if they are busy - and the pool is a bit of a walk and it would be nice if it was in between the villas and regular hotel. "Amazing Short Stay"
We recently reserved a 2bedroom villa for our 1night stay with another family. Upon arrival, we were surprised to be upgraded to a 3bedroom villa, although on a lower floor so our balcony was partially covered. However, the room was perfect. Great furnishings, amazing space & really just a gorgeous hotel. We are already planning to go back, but for […] a longer stay, so we can enjoy the hotel & all it has to offer. I had to book a quick business trip to steamboat springs and many other hotels were full. I stayed at the Sheraton and was very pleased with the amenities at this resort hotel. It is reasonably priced for what you get. It's very clean. I will stay here again
"Steamboat villa from a non-skier"

We stayed at the Sheraton Steamboat villas in early June 2014. We are owners at another resort, and traded our StarOptions to stay here. Check-in went smoothly, and the two young gentlemen there were friendly and helpful about the surrounding area. We were placed in a two bedroom corner unit overlooking the ski slopes. It was huge! The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean, and had everything we needed; it was spacious enough to not feel crowded for a family of 5. The dining room table was huge, and would easily have fit a family of eight. We looked at the hot tub on the roof, but did not try it out. It looked like a relaxing place to enjoy the view of the slopes. We are not skiers, but it seemed like it would be a fun place to go in the snow, with the slopes so close and the village nearby that had everything you could need. While we were there, we went to Strawberry Hot Springs, which is a drive but worth it, very private and peaceful and relaxing. The hike to Fish Creek Falls was not too difficult and pretty. The only recommendation I would make is to have manuals available in the villas that explain how to work the appliances, fireplace, etc. For guests unfamiliar with these conveniences, instructions would be appreciated. We hope to be able to return again soon!
"An incredible hotel at the base of the mountain and everything else"

It's tough to say what's the best ski on/ski off property location for a resort. But the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas might be it. Sure, it's cool to be right ON the trail, but you likely have a windy mountain road to navigate if you ever want to leave the property. These villas provide the best of both worlds. The rooftop has TWO jacuzzis. One fits about 6 people, the other is big and fits like 12 comfortable. They are shared but totally worth hitting up. The first floor has a rec room, a few restaurants and a bar. Saddles is a good apres spot for a drink, cozy up next to the fire pit.
"Best of the 'Boat!"

I have been visiting Steamboat for 40 years. The Sheraton Villas consistently provides the best venue for ski in/ski out. You get the best of both worlds with a full condo along with all the perks of a five star hotel experience. What continues to set the Sheraton Villas apart from the competition is the amazing customer service experts. It starts with a warm greeting by the doormen (with special mention about Tom) and never stops throughout your trip. Housekeeping is attentive to detail and very responsive, the conceirge service is professional and engaging, the catering department is top notch and the in house all service ski rental and storage can't be beat. I only wish these units could be privately owned. Stay there and you will be spoiled forever.
"Great stay at Sheraton Villas"
03/20/14 Mark M Waxahachie, Texas
We stayed four nights at the Sheraton Villas, Steamboat Springs. It was our second visit and did not disappoint. We stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom accommodation with a full kitchen and living area. The living area overlooks the base and central square area. Plenty of room for all 5 of the family. Fireplace in the living room was nice. Flat screen TV in each bedroom kept 3 kids happy at the same time. A ski rental facility is located on the bottom floor and stores your skis at night. Awesome convenience- ski in, ski out and store your skis when you're done for the day! The hotel has a shuttle that happily took us to the nearby grocery store. We shopped, called for pick-up (was there in less than 10 min) and they took care of loading the groceries and delivering them to our room. This particular location allowed us to ski in the morning, come in for lunch and return for the afternoon without any particular rush. If a member of the group got tired, they could simply ski down and go up to the room. Very convenient for younger skiers who might not last as long as others in the group. Also cooked dinner in the room each night and saved a few dollars instead of eating each lunch on the mountain and dinner in town. The staff we encountered were friendly and very accommodating. Overall, a great hotel and friendly staff with the highest marks for location and convenience.
"A Luxurious Stay"
02/24/14 Caitlin H Fort Collins, Colorado
Stayed in a 2 room villa and felt beyond spoiled. Beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, den and dining area with a full service kitchen. We got in early and the room wasn't ready, but we were provided with a key to the underground garage and fitness room in order to change for the day to go skiing which was very helpful. The view of the slopes was fantastic and loved the private whirlpools on the roof. Only thing to be aware of is that due to proximity of the slopes you will hear the giant snow groomers and ski resort activity start early in the morning. The staff were always very helpful in answering questions and providing recommendations when asked. Had an appetizer and a drink in the hotel bar which was pricey, but definitely not unexpected for a resort. Also greatly enjoyed the ski in and ski out aspect which just made the day very easy.

I came here with my Family and we really enjoyed it. We did not spent a lot of time here, because we arrived at night from Denver. It takes us about half hour looking for the place after we asked direction. We arrived around 8 PM, therefore we did not spent a lot of time looking at the scenery and we have to leave the next morning. But after the sunrise, we really stunted at the view from our balcony. We saw the beautiful mountain covered with snow and we saw people skiing even though we did not do it cause lacking of the skill. Overall we enjoyed it, and we regret ti we only spent only 14 hours in this beautiful hotel. We really recommended this place for the people who wants a great escape from city lives.
"Great Ski In Ski Out"
02/08/14 Paul D Concord, Massachusetts
Just finished a long weekend in Steamboat with the family at the Sheraton Villas. We are Starwood owners and used points. The hotel was great and the service was great. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to town was convenient and prompt. The best was the mountainside location. The ski valet needs some work. The wait in the morning for skis was long and disorganized. The guys tried to be helpful but were running ragged. There was no comfortable place to put boots on, etc. All in all the location trumps all!
"Best place to stay in Steamboat"
01/08/14 atza shiplap
Location, Location , Location. Absolutely the BEST most convenient place to stay in for Skiing. I have stayed there 4 years in a row. Best view, closest location to lifts, ski storage in 1st floor, hot tubs on roof, restaurants in the building. Shuttle to take you anywhere for free. Great staff! After staying in several other properties, we chose this for our two trips a year!!
"Worth every penny!"

Love, love, love this place. The location is excellent. The service is excellent! And, our 2/2 Villa was spectacular! Rental shop on ground floor. Bar/restaurants on 1st floor. Slopes and lifts just outside our window; we couldn't ask for a better location. Oh yeah, we were right in the middle of all the action with all the shops, restaurants and the gondola only seconds away. Rooms were spacious, clean and everything was new! Kitchen was HUGE! Only shortcoming was the lack of reception on our tV's (bad signal?).
