Staff are very nice/kind and helpful, they will accomodate your request when feasible, such as changing two double bed room from one queen bed room, or help you reset the WiFi manually to their DNS/IP adress when the automatic setting is not working. Room is clean but has no window, except bathroom's window to the stack. Great location right opposite the market. Wonderful area for dining. Staff will organise very well priced tours to all major places of interest. You could not be better situated for Ben Tanh Market and the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh city than here. The hotel is pleasant and clean, staff helpful, and room a decent size. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel, however it seems like the hotel staff didn't prepare for it and assume the booking is for 1 room. When we arrived and check-in, we were given 3 rooms far apart from one another in 2 floors. Lastly the shower, you cannot control the water temperature, it is either too cold or too hot! Then the wifi service went down and require 1 whole day to repair. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in total, 2 when we first got to HCMC and one at the end of our trip before our flight out the next day. For starters, getting there was fairly easy by taxi we paid roughly 100,000-150,000VND each time we went to and from the airport. Second room's bathroom was older and had a few cracks but the actual room was bigger so it evened out. Clean and easy access to shopping centres /market etc. Very convenient. The only set back we felt was, although 2 rooms (delux room) booking was done weeks back, we were not given rooms in the same floor or side by side. Usually bookings together as family or with young children should be convenient to have on the same floor or attaching rooms.
