Das Terrou Bi ist sicher eines der top-Hotels in Dakar. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Frühstück ist köstlich. Der Service war freundlich und effizient. Das Restaurant, das europäische Preise veranschlagt, ist eher mittelmäßig. Insgesamt aber eine gute wahl, wenn man früh bucht und einen guten Preis bekommt.
