This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location. There are fun restaurants, bars, and a convenient store within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Parking was unavailable and not as advertised for FREE parking for cruise line customers. Also, it did not say the convenient shuttle to the cruise pier cost $14 per person each way. Morning breakfast was mediocre. Very disappointed for the cost.

It was alledged that this hotel had adequate parking. No, in fact, upon returning from a wonderful dinner, the parking lot was overflowing and the hotel staff presented a "red card" that allegedly would protect the car from being towed when parked on the street. However, the " red card" was only good for "their" places on the street, which were extremely […] limited and unavailable. So, staff said to park in the Porte cohere. This Hotel is in a nice location surrounded by some very poor housing. Hotel was clean but room was not. Bathroom had issues as well as pull out couch. Breakfast was fine but cramped.

The hotel was located close to the sea wall and pleasure pier. It was a good clean hotel for a good price. The only issues we had were no one made our beds or cleaned our room between the days of our stay, the sink drain in our room had a leak and one of the elevetors would not go to the 5th floor. Overall I would stay here again.

This hotel was chosen because we needed someplace close to the port. It is attached to a bar and in a dangerous neighborhood. This is, of course, my opinion. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We find it increasingly difficult to find hotels that all of us agree on, are comfortable in, and in the right price range. Our kids are 13 (boy), 16, 18, & 20 (all girls) but this seemed to hit most of our criteria. Our trip was just before Thanksgiving so the environment was slightly different than what […] most people see. The pull out couch was the typical version and whichever kids ended up on it complained a bit about the comfort of it but that was quickly forgotten once they went to the balcony and could see the ocean. The front desk girl gave me great advice when I asked about the boat tours and seeing the dolphins. She pointed out that most people just take the ferry which is free and you see plenty of dolphins, etc (we did). A couple of irritations with the hotel: my main gripe was the treadmills were not working properly. One wouldn't go up at all and the other was stuck in the up position. Also the maid didn't take the wet towels with her 2 of the days we stayed even though new ones were in the bathroom. As a family of 6 we generate quite a few between showers and the pool so my wife wasn't happy with that. Read more

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 pm and were told that the room was ready but since check in time was not until 3:00, we would have to pay a $15.00 fee to get in the room at 2:00. Obviously, we did not pay and waited the hour to get in. I had never run into this before and think this is out of line.

They charged me a cleaning fee of 150 bucks and accused us of smoking weed when I have never touched the stuff. Clearly someone next door to our room cause we smelled it all night. But they charged us and I will never stay at this hotel and really makes hotels.com look bad.
