This hotel was a nice hotel however is a little run down. There is a lady receptionist in the mornings and a guy in the late afternoons and evenings. (Avoid the guy!) , he can be a little rude and unfriendly when asked for directions or amenities. The lady receptionist however is very polite and very helpful, she tries to help as much as she should and she gives really good advice! , The hotel has been rennovated and overall I think it is a really good buy!

It's a professionally managed hotel. We booked it because of it's low price and we only wanted to stay 1 night in Izmir. Afterall, no complaint for that price and staff is very helpful. They took us to take the white cab which costs 2 TL per person only to get to Kordon. The hotel is not near to any tourist area and hence getting back may be a challenge. […] I would recommend it if you have a small budget and want a place that provides comfy bed and shower. Read more

ok, hotellet är billigt men betala gärna någon krona extra, kan tyvärr inte ge detta hotel några bättre recensioner ! slitna rum, personalen kan ingen eller mkt dålig engelska. läget på hotellet gör att man tar inte en kvällspromenad runt kvarteren ! ska man gå ut på restaurang på kvällen så rekomenderas taxi !

Hotel Baylan'da 2 gece kaldım. Temiz ve sakin bir otel, ana yolun hemen yanında olmasına rağmen. Bulunduğu muhit biraz varoş görünümlü olsa da riskli olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Oda ve banyosu temiz; kliması var ama, pencere açılabiliyor temiz hava alabilirsiniz. Gardrob içinde yer alan - ben önce kasa falan zannettim ?!- bir küçük buzdolabı var. Kahvaltısı […] açık büfe ve biraz yetersiz gibi görülebilir; ancak konaklama fiyatı çok ekonomik ve bu fiyata ancak bu kadar kahvaltı olabilir. Genel anlamda memnun ayrıldım. Tavsiye edebilirim.
