      This complaint may still be sent to the hotel management for incorrectly charging me for a coffee cup breakage as that of a whiskey glass. At check-out, I told the desk clerk what my my wife had accidentally dropped on the floor was a coffee cup, not a whiskey glass, to no avail.

    This very economical hotel was certainly OK for the price paid. Room was had some street noise. The day to day cleaning was OK but sometimes a more... througout cleaning would improve the standard. Staff was freindly and helpfull and spoke relatively good english.     この値段でこのクオリティーであれば◎です。 ここのホテルは地下鉄の駅からは少し距離がありましたが大通りに面していてショップ、レストランも近隣にあり非常に便利。英語が喋れるスタッフがひとりは常駐しているようで「テレビが映らない」と電話をすると流暢な英語でスタッフをよこしてくれるなどとてもスムーズな対応でした。リノベーション、全面リフォーム済み（？）なホテルで設備も新しく快適ですが部屋にいて廊下の音や部屋のドアを閉める音だけは残念ながらします。（私が泊った時は空いていた時期なのでそれほどではなかったのですが）ですが、この値段ですので。最寄り駅にさらに近いこちらの系列ホテルもあったりしたのでまた次回もこちらのどこかのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。
