Everything was very good, staff very friendly, everything clean, etc. The only complaint is that our GPS could not find the hotel and we eventually had to call the hotel in order to find it. The address had PL NW after the street and when we finally found it we found that the road sign said RD. This can make a big difference. Chelsey was working the front desk upon my check in and you could not ask for a more sweet pleasant clerk. She has a very bubbly personality and is a true difference make when it comes to customer service. Being in the Service industry for over 30 years she is a keeper for sure.

My mom and I went down to the Kannapolis/Concord area to look for apartments and needed a place to stay for the night. I saw how amazing the reviews for this hotel were and thought to give it a try. True enough, this place is AMAZING! There was no moldy hotel smell, no cheap smoke odors, and everything is very very clean. From the carpet, toilet, bathtub, […] towels, and especially the beds--everything was clean! The receptionist was very friendly. They even offer free cookies at the reception. The breakfast was hot and filling as promised. That day we had biscuits and gravy, as well as a delicious breakfast wrap. You do have the typical waffle maker and some fruits, juice, pastries, etc. The only negative thing that I could say is that the bathtub had a hard time draining. Other than that, this place is very very clean and lovely. I think this may be due to the fact that this hotel is brand new. I highly recommend this hotel. Read more

The bedspread looked worn or old. The carpet looked dirty. The breakfast was really bad, the only ceral they had was corn flakes, the didn't any yogurt and they didn't have any individual milks. Also, 2 of 4 juices offered were out.

I was disappointed when we checked in to find out that the room I asked for with two queen beds was not available. I did not find this out until I walked all the way up to the room with 1 king. I went back down and the CSR asked if I could do him a favor and keep this room and he would bring me a roll away bed, as there was no more rooms to choose from. […] Now, it was a packed house, so I agreed but there was no offer of anything! As well, the food in the morning was cold and not as much to choose from as in other places I've stayed. The staff was pleasant and the pool was good. The rooms and pool were nice, but very small.
